What nonsense? How can a 10th pass girl be allowed to fight a case? What are the writers smoking now?😡 Amala's lawyer is missing so she will herself fight her case. Law mazaak hai kya? Ki koi bhi aakar case lade? Now even Dev is positive so he will surely end up with Anisha. I won't be surprised if Mahi is killed off before she reached the court. Idiot cvs and channels are making joke of law and ruining an international show with their wrong remake😡. I know they have less time due to the show ending but was it necessary to make the lawyer missing and make the heroine herself the lawyer like other shows? Can't they for once make it realistic by showing the lawyer only winning the case like Kadir and Omer did in Fatmagul?

Is there any law student or lawyer here? If yes then can you say whether what was shown in today's episode is right?

Well they want to make everything more dramatize and loose the essence of reality far behind. That's what happen in most of Indian series.

But in all serials the heroine has a law degree to fight a case not a 10th pass. They could have shown Karuna or Ritu to fight Amala's case instead of Amala.

On the eve of the closure why was it necessary to drag the case??

sometimes I think Evaan is the hero at least for me his action of smirking each and everytime I noticed him rolling his eyes also for me it is a pain watching him sorry as i know he has lots of fans.

Ambeer suddenly decided to go to Dharamshala knowing Mahi is in danger, instead of searching for her when she has the proof.. if Dev would not have called on his own will Abeer would not have asked him to search for Mahi.

now amla fighting the case???THE BIGGEST JOKE OF CLOSURE seems writers has lost it completely.
When the main lawyer is absent the case is postponed for an another date...

Amla can tomorrow fights cases for others.

Don't want to talk more except saying nice it is ending.

I am a law student. Amala definitely has the right to fight her own case or defend her own self. She does not need a lawyer to fight the case. It does not matter whether you are a 10th pass or a person holding a master's degree. It just depends how much you have the knowledge of the facts of your own case. Yes, it would be good if you know the procedures of the court and law, but it is not necessary to know, you can present your own case when no one else Is ready to do so or IN THE ABSENCE OF YOUR ADVOCATE! You don't need a law degree to defend yourself. It is a right available with every citizen of India, who, is a major, but in some cases such as a person with an unsound mind, minor, and in cases wherein the person is not eligible in the eyes of law, the person might bot be able to defend his own case! It would be better, if you research a bit, for your own knowledge!

Also, just because, the show, which is a remake, could not go similar to the original show, it doesn't mean that it is bad or something. They are still trying to do their best. Blame Star plus and not the show makers! Value their efforts and stop complaining about every damn thing about this show! Don't watch the show, if you can't value their efforts!

Was not meant to hurt your or something, but still, stop complaining!

@bold: You could have said everything without these lines on not watching the show. This forum is meant for discussion or even complaining as long as we don't bash any actors. If no one points anything or complain then how will there be any improvement in the show? Did the say the show is bad or something?

Thanks for clearing things😊. I know its the channels faults not the makers. But one thing is also true that the makers dragged a lot for few months like for 5 months they covered the things which could have been done in maximum 3 months according to Indian standard. It's not that I complain after every episode but if something unusual is shown we are bound to point it out. There is something called honest views. If I really had problem with this show them I would not have joined in trend for saving the show. I accepted it being a little different than the original but some of the things are too much. The forum is meant to discuss everything even something which we don't feel right does not means we are bashing the show or hate it. It's not that I am any random person coming and bashing the show. I am on the forum from Day 1. This show is one of the best shows in Indian Television with very little cliches and nonsense things that you will not find it if you don't pay attention. I lost 2 shows in just a month- one was weekend show from Life Ok channel and 2nd is this. Anyways, thank you again for explaining everything. Sometimes we don't know some facts. There is no harm in asking about it. Good to know that fighting a case is allowed even if you are not a law graduate. That only I was thinking how could the makers of this serial make such a big builder. That's why I asked to clear it. Peace.

It's not about bashing at all dear.
You have your opinion which is up to the point. But we need to know that the show is forced on a closure in a short tenure, even on having problems we can't do anything about it. It's starplus after all who wants more drama than reality. The crux of the show was spoiled for the sake of drama. We are in the end where few sentences are left to mould an abrupt full stop. There's nothing left anymore, they are emphasizing on the issues every rape survivour face in the court, all we can do now is watch the show with no hopes.

According to constitution amla can fight for herself but still the main concept of show i was waiting for is looking unrealistic to me...It is not the way i was expecting...i wanted to c one lawyer fighting for amla not amla herself in court ...If the show is on rape victim than they hv to show how the lawyers tackled their case..which is the reality of every rape victim bt i dont y every cvs want woman to b super woman ...

Bachpan mein main school jaati thi bilkul tum sab ki tarah
There one subject was taught to us...social studies...it was subdivided into four main sub-groups namely history, geography, civics and economics in some boards.

In that the subject Civics or political science whatever u want to call it, usmein ek chapter tha when I was in maybe class 7 or 6 namely 'The Constitution of India and Rights of an Indian Citizen'

Now either u all were sleeping during that time or bunking classes. Coz this question that has been asked in such a bashing manner that too, iska jawab my 12 YEAR OLD cousin can give. And in today's terms iss sawaal ka category 'common sense' mein aata hai.
