1. Pratham is in meeting with his bosses. They are there to discuss some important matter. Pratham is told that he can not take prt as he is on probation for 3 months. Pratham leaves.
2. Pratham comes home with a sad look on his face. Gauri asks him why is he sad? Pratham tells him about the tender and says that every body is suspecting him for leaking the actual prices as he is son of Maan. He says they will never trust him and tells Gauri that he has not done so. Gauri stand behind the seat Pratham was sitting on. She tries to relax him by rubbing area near his forehead. She tells him that she trusts him and that life has ups and downs. Pratham says that he was very protected at home but now he has known what is struggle. He has he has not done anything wrong but still is being accused of such a big thing. Gauri says that they do not know how to recognize a good person and adds that for his recognition, care and protection she is there. She asks him not to worry as she is there with him. He holds Gauri's hand and close his eyes saying he is afraid. Gauri says that she will not let his hopes go down and takes him to mandir at home and asks him to pray. She puts a tilak on his forehaed and says everything will be fine. Pratham smiles.
3. CM, Monica's mom and Pratham's boss' wife are at some party. Boss' wife congrats CM for getting the tender. CM gets a call on her mobile and talks to Pratham. She thanks him for helping them. She tells boss's wife that Pratham had been very helpful always and it does not matter if he does not live with them but he still cares for them. Monica's mom asks CM in isolation the truth and she says she was talking to some one else but was pretending in front of Boss's wife that she is talking to Pratham so that she think that Pratham told them the tender quotations. Monica's mom is happy and tells CM that she will have to bring Pratham back for their reputation. CM says that she will at any cost.
4. Gauri and Pratham are standing in front of Bhagwan. Gauri prays while Pratham just stands. Gauri gives him yogurt to eat but he refuses saying that he does not trust god. Gauri tells him that when one loves soemone then should believe in beloved believes. And as he loves her so he should believe in her belief in god. Pratham eats yogurt and put the same hand on her head.
5. Pratham is at Big boss's home. He tells him that he has not done anything wrong. Boss tell him that he trusts him as he has broken his relationship with his family. He says that there are ppl in office who want his occupation and could have done that. He says that he is happy of his work and wants him to continue with his job. Prtham gets happy. Boss asks him to take a bouquet to Maan's office as they have achieved this success. He says he asked him coz peon is not at office and hopes Pratham will not mind. Pratham agrees and leaves. He recalls something and is coming back when Boss's wife enters the room and tells her husband that they think she believed them that Pratham did it. But she already knows that Bakhshi did it and they just wanted to frame Pratham so that they kick him out of the job and he go back to them. She says that she will not let this happen and will show in the next kitty party that how Pratham carries her shopping like a peon. Boss adds that he just Pratham to Maan's office like a peon. Pratham is too hurt.
6. Pratham reaches Maan's office with a boquet. Every body welcomes him by calling him sir. He asks secretary and goes in the office. He acts like a complete stranger. Dad tells him that he has now become a peon and congrats him. Pratham says that he is just an employe and is doing what his boss wants him to do.
7. Pratham and Gauri are in a restaurant. Gauri asks him how was the day? He says good. She says he is hiding something from her. He asks her that if she has to choose between integrity and necessity what will she choose? Gauri smiles.
8. Pratham resigns from the job tellinh his boss that he has appointed him just to down the reputation of his opponent Aditya Maan and he does not want to get involved in that and is thus resigning and leaves.
9. Pratham comes hom. Gauyri is asleep at sofa. He goes there and sit down at the next sofa to her. He puts her hand in Gauri's hair and Gauri wakes up. She wants to bring water for him but he holds her hand and says that he has asked about integrity and necessity and her reply was integrity so integrity has won and necessity lost. He says he resigned. Gauri says he has won and the world has lost. Gauri gets up to bring water for him and phone rings. Prathan talks to someone one phone and refuses. Gauri asks who was on phone? Pratham says that it was his boss Mr. Shergil on phone and the next tender for which he has qouted the price is given to then and thus they want him to join back but he refused. Gauri says that he should join coz now they are giving him this job as Pratham and not Pratham Maan. Pratham agrees and Gauri asks him to get up for lunch/dinner.
10. Gauri has books in her hands and go out. She sees Pratham waiting outside on a bike. Gauri asks him what is he doing there as he has to be at office this time? Pratham says that she is joing back college and he wanted to drop her. He asks her that Isn't he right? Gauri says "no Pratham" and adds that he has not thing right but very right. Pratham cheers up. She sits on bike and they are shown on road. Scenes are shown and song plays. The reach college. At college every body greets them and asks them if they are joining back. Pratham says that he is busy with his job but Gauri has joined back. He says that he is busy and has to leave. He asks them to take care of Gauri. They all agree. He meets a faculty member. Pratham tells him that Gauri has joined back. Faculty member asks him if Gauri has paid the fee. Pratham says that she is on scholarship. Faculty says that Aditya Maan has said that a person who once leaves the college will not be given scholarship and thus Gauri's scholarship has been cancelled and now she has to pay fees today as it is the last day. Pratham asks him to give him four days and he will pay the fee.
