And then finally to get her and Kiara back,he consciously goes to the terrorists in the mall and asked them to shoot him so forcing her to reveal her love for him in that situation. Lot of people might see this romantic but I see this as an emotional blackmail. And then king was such a sweetheart so in order to make the audience accept Abhi, they made king bad and then leading to Kiara's death. Also not to forget that bulbul died because of abhi's sister and everyone knew and she was forgiven. Anyway after Kiara's death, Pragya had just given birth to twins and they end up fighting and he asks her to never step in his house or the city. I mean sure he was angry but kicking your wife who just lost her daughter and had just given birth to two kids along with one of them out of the house is horrible. Even worse than Karan leaving preeta in the middle of the road. I get that Pragya was also angry but Abhi could have stopped her instead of giving into his anger again, after all she lost her daughter who was not just her daughter but sole reason why she was alive and had survived the seven years without him. And not forget that Tanu was in the house all along even after knowing what all she and Aliya are capable of. So yeah Pragya getting insulted,check. Pragya getting kicked out, check. Abhi getting obsessive, check. Abhi almost getting/getting married to Tanu,check. The only difference between Abhi and Karan is Karan is doing everything out of hatred and anger while Abhi did everything out of ignorance and love. And to make matters worse, Aliya was the reason bulbul died and she was forgiven so easily and is still there in the house. I think Abhi is almost same or even worse than Karan, but he has amazing chemistry with Pragya and always get cheesy with her and is in love with her so he is a saint. Again if you want to defend Abhi then you can defend him because of the situation and stuff the same way people can defend Karan because of situations and stuff.

About kzk2. Anurag and Prerna are basically doormats. But more than Prerna let's talk about Anurag here. Him pushing Prerna in the bridge to save her and her daughter from komolika is a spineless act that he cannot even protect his own wife and child. But people romanticize it because of his intention, even if it was a fake murder attempt it still was a murder attempt and what if things hadn't gone the way he planned? And again,she had just given birth to Sneha and post partum depression is a clinical thing so to push a new mom to the edge like this is horrible(in both Prerna and Pragya's case). And he didn't bother tracking her well being as well(neither did Abhi in kkb). So again him marrying komo, check. Him insulting Prerna (even if it was fake it was still insulting),check. Him getting obsessive, check. Him abandoning her and her child when they needed him the most is again worse than Karan leaving preeta in the middle of the road on their wedding.

Again the only difference between all these leads and Karan is that Karan is doing it out of anger and hatred while they claim to do everything for love and sometimes had no other option but to go about that so that's spineless. And definitely Karan will also have a good redemption track that'll make everyone sympathize with him like they did with Anurag and Abhi. Although in my opinion their redemption tracks barely started when the FLs accepted them already. And these are just in very few of the Ekta shows I have seen. I am sure there's more like this.

i wanted to know the male lead who is worse than karan. u named anurag and abhi. they are almost saints in front of karan. i didnt get the anwer what i actually wanted to know. 😕

anyway i dont think any redemption can make preeta fall in love with karan. however she will forgive him for the sake of her own sanity in distant future.

I just explained why they are not saints. It's just different perspectives I guess. I don't agree with you and you don't agree with me so let's just agree to disagree. And in my opinion as a closing statement nope they aren't saints it's because Ekta whitewashed everything and she is yet to do that with Karan. And I totally see preeta falling for Karan. She is worse than Prerna or Pragya who fought back with dignity..

Also I don't get how they are saints when they could kick their own wives and daughters out of their lives while Karan kicked preeta out and he is a monster

i have neither watched kkb nor kzk2. i have watched kzk1 though. anurag did humiliate prerna but he lost prerna to bajaj forever. even after his redemption he could not unite with her. here karan wont lose preeta as a wife but he will lose her love forever.

in case of abhi i guess he came to know slowly how good pragya is and started falling in love with her. her love changed him. but karan knew preeta inside out and called her best friend. still he treated her like dirt.

Kzk 2 is completely different in a very bad way and Anurag is horrible but yet it seems like they'll only get back together here. They could have just remade kzk1 and it still would have been better than this crap

It's so twisted! It could be interpreted both ways.

Like when Karan says "Yeh apna pyar kisi aur ko de dena" it could mean that Preeta would give him her love eventually but he would reject it for Rishabh's sake or just because he is not interested 😂 Or because he would not be able to recognize her love.

But then Preeta says "It's not for you". It could mean that her love would not be for Karan but Rishabh.

Then Rishabh says "Yeh kiska pyaar hai?" And answers "Yeh mera pyaar... Aapke liye (dadi)". That could mean both ways too. Like it could be only his one-sided love for Preeta. Or it could mean that Preeta's love is for him only. And then his "Aapke liye" to dadi could mean that he would sacrifice his love for family's sake.

And like a cherry on a cake Preeta sees balloon in Rishabh's car and a flashback. But Preeta shoos this flashback away😁

Honestly, I think this balloon episode serves for Rishta better 😁

But that is really so twisted and actually serves for both Rishta and Preeran😆 Depends on the POV. The writers are so tricky! They did a great job! I am very impressed!👏

P.S. I know I am like a weather vane today. Kabhi kabhi idhar, kabhi kabhi udhar. But mein kya karu? Show itna twisted hai🤣

But I still think that Karan has all chances to get her love.

Not that dusre female leads ke saath aisa ho chuka hai iske liye koyi bhi cheez abusive or otherwise jayaz ya phir normalize ho jaani chahiye. Par tumhaare liye what would be too much? 🙂

I am not defending Karan or drawing lines .I am mentioning the harsh realities that there male leads who are as worse as Karan in a different way and yet they ended together with the female leads and here the FLs were actually strong personalities unlike preeta. So there's a really good chance of preeta falling for Karan when there's just slight redemption even though most of us would hate that. And when I meant preeta might fall for Karan I meant during his redemption not now. And who knows maybe even Karan will be away from preeta as a punishment before they get back together. Ekta whitewashes her male leads that superficially you won't find anything that much wrong and she hasn't done that for Karan yet but she definitely will in the future. Only then will it be a worthy shipping for both fandoms right, otherwise it'd be clearly biased if she is only going to make Karan fall down further and further without giving him a hand to get up.

Abhi has done a lot of things and kept unpunished criminals Tanu and Alia near Pragya. But he always respected Pragya's family. Here Karan hurts her family intentionally and doesn't even feel sorry. He will at one point in the future. Like anandhi said they will whitewash him for sure. I agree with that.

I mean I have no idea who she might end up falling for. But if you want my opinion if in case it's Karan then I guess even here like I said they'll fall for each other but will not be together even if they are tied to each other. Something or the other would keep separating them.

When I first started watching and preeta was talking about the kind of man she'd want to marry, it's obvious that Rishab is the perfect choice and they are an amazing match. So maybe they'll end up together but then again Ekta also has this thing where she makes the FL say the kind of man she wants to marry and get her married with someone completely opposite to that to say that life throws unexpected challenges but it's all worth it or something. Because I remember even Pragya had an image of a man she wanted to marry and Abhi is exactly the opposite and she herself tells her daughter that sometimes you'd think that's how your dream man will be but you never know. So going by this thing of Ekta I thought there's a very good chance for preeran too. The initial few episodes are written so well that way to create strong shipping foundations.
