Been there, done that. That's Kumkum for you. From killing off the central character, bringing her back in another avatar to a generation leap, this soap has tried every trick to lure and sustain the viewer. Having run out of steam, now the makers have brought in another twist to the long-running story. Juhi Parmar who plays Kumkum has already played two characters Chanda and Santo.This time after her death, she makes a comeback as Krishna in Mathura! With that the serial introduces six new faces, Rohit Bakshi as Sanjay, Purbi Joshi a la Babli in the role of Amardeep, child artiste Yash Mittal as Nimbuda, Dinesh Kaushik as Acharya, Manasvi Vyas as Sudha and Mansi as Chutki.
