Both have liking for each other from first but the in case o love it was sumit would made the first move

I dont know but one of episodes which our dear murali had uploaded there was this scene when Kumkum is in hospital with Sumit as she had eaten the wrong pills and she feels bad and even have a cute interaction with her image that she is feeling bad as Sumit left for Renuka's place and she gets happy when she sees Sumit is still there. So I guess it was Kumkum. What you all have to say.

yupe aditi is right 100%
the first person who start to fall in love was kk and she was soooo happy when she saw sumit that came back in the hospital for her
