Showing abhi pragya as parents was a mistake on part of the cvs. They don't give an eff about anyone but each other. But pragya still was comparatively a better parent than abhi who has emotional maturity of an egg.

I stated this several times I will say it always..showing them as parents was a biggest mistake. I watch the show from DP POV and I am telling...they suck at parenting big time! Pragya was a better parent before. To me, they butchered her as mom now.

And wow I see their fans being proud that both of them don't give a damn about their kids...like really? That just proves how poorly their whole character graphs are written. A lead character is supposed to be shown how they are in all relationships not only how they are in romantic relationship. And parenting is their development..you can't expect a tv couple to be childless & doing all the mushy mushy romance 24*7 in 7years of show-run right?

The thing is cvs never gave abhi pragya a normal life before giving them kids, even before Kiara they had misunderstandings, and abhi threw her out of the house. After kiara's murder, they divided the kids, like who does that? Had cvs built their relationship organically they would grown into being parents. Now they are changing everything as if abhi pragya don't have adult kids, let us magically forget everything. I have been enjoying the post leap story because it gives both the couples have individual storylines but if we look longitudinally it is a messed up story.

Its a messed up story - thats the only thing I keep saying when I look for logic.

I tried to watch the show back in 2014 for Sriti..I thought after doing a fab show like DSDDSB she must have signed something good. But nah. Had to stop.

As I said, poorly written storyline. Watched the pre DP episode to know the backstory and I was like when I saw them diving twins I mean seriously who does that? And then they always behaved like twins are Pragya's but Prachi is not Abhi's. Idk how they are as lovers but as parents.. totally messy.

I am happy with leap too because they are giving both gen fans what they want. Still screenpace is not distributed properly. They can waste time on random insignificant characters like 3rd angle businessman, chawl's water fight but decreases the DP ss and Pranbir scenes seem rushed most of the times. Not detailed. And now Kohlis got involved..Rhea will come back too. Sahana might be back too as per the actress..Idk how much more messy it can get in future.

They should throw tanu, alia, mitali out. Their scenes are useless. I hope shahana doesn't come back, she is annoying and rhea doesn't add any value to the show. Rhea is alia part 2, why do we need the same thing recycled? Couples can have issues even if there isn't a villain hanging out there to destroy them every 5 seconds.

I don't have problem with drama I have problem with overdose of negativity and wasting ss on such useless insignificant characters.

And making villains win all the time is so low of the writers. Aliya killed Bulbul na? That jhoomar gidana n all..and had done so many criminal deeds since now..and Rhea too. Still they are roaming around like bosses and everyone pretend like they are "good at heart bas slightly stubborn" lol even after knowing their criminal activity.

Yes alia killed bulbul and tanu had hand in kiara's murder but still they are in the show with no jail time. Hope the lack of ratings will.nudge the cvs towards sanity.

both Abhi and Pragya were terrible parents. pre-leap, I saw Pragya as a better parent or at least trying to be one. abhi's parenting...the lesser said the better.

but after this leap, both of them are downright horrible parents that neglected their children. that kind of behaviour is not excusable at all. I honestly think Prachi and rhea are better off without them.

yes, rhea is evil and Prachi got married to the love of her life. that doesn't excuse Pragya not getting in touch with them. that doesn't excuse Abhi, the only parent they had left after Pragya's supposed death, abandoning them when he was needed the most; especially rhea who had just committed suicide for the second time for the same reason.

even if we take in the fact that they are grown-ups, it doesn't excuse them washing their hands of their parental responsibilities. we have seen the severely damaging consequences this has had on Prachi and rhea.

Prachi has Post Traumatic Stress Symptoms (PTSS) and rhea is a druggie (i think).

that's shitty parenting and a shit parent through and through.

So pragya is okay forgiving her only sister's murder and purab married his first wife's murderer and abhi is mad at pragya for rhea's suicide attempt but isn't mad at tanu for actually leading to kill Kiara? And aliya loved Kiara too towards the end of the leap so she is okay with tanu as well now? Bringing tanu back itself shows a futile and desperate attempt for drama and is supposed to impress the older couple's fans. But I mean we've have 1.5k episodes of tanu aliya bullpoop,what can they do now? If they really wanted a bold pragya Avatar and poor Mehras,they should have shown this before the kids were born or atleast in the 20 year leap. Which will then make sense if she is only obsessed with her husband. Also,for 20 years when she had to support her kid and all she was a middle class teacher and in two years she becomes a millionaire huh? What a nice logical thing.

Like someone else said, couples have problems always normally only without the need for all these villians and manipulations and negativity. There's enough drama in relationships normally only, they could just focus on that.

I am also curious about Aryan and purab now. What happened there,why is Aryan not with aliya?

Well u point out too many logical points which doesn't exist in this series😆.

Like series of this characters, audience also develop partial amnesia where they forgot all logical points and just focus on bad n good character only.
