Synopsis: Abhi atones for his sins towards Pragya and their marriage. Alia's destruction.

Abhishek Mehra was a proud man. Proud of his achievements in life. Proud of what he made of himself. Proud of what he could provide for his family. But tonight, he was not feeling proud. He felt like a letdown. He felt lik a disappointment to himself. He felt guilty.

Abhi slammed the door of his room and sat on his bed. The words of Alia and her friend, reverberating in his ears. Poisonous words about his beloved wife. His Pragya. About her status. About her class. His wife was no victim. Pragya gave it back to Alia and her friend but there was still hurt on her face that he could see underneath the strength.

He did lash out at Alia, asked her to leave the house and asked her friend to never return even to the premises of his house. But it didn't asuage his guilt. 'Ye sab meri wajah se ho raha hai Pragya ke saath. Jab se hamari shaadi hui hai, Alia ko maine hi toh woh haq diya tha, ki woh Pragya ki insult kar sake.Har kadam par Alia ne Pragya ko pareshaan kiya aur maine usko aisa karne diya.' He was angry with himself for giving an outlet to Alia to insult and demean his wife. 'Pragya kya sochti hogi mere baare mein? Ki mujhe uski koi parvah nahi hai?'

Pragya entered their room and saw her husband perched on the bed seething with anger. She closed and locked the door. 'Suniye. Kya hua? Aap itne gusse mein kyun hai?'

Abhi looked up at his wife and immediately took her in his arms. He enveloped her in his tight embrace and kissed her hair, forehead, cheeks. He held her face in his hands and looked into her eyes. 'Am sorry my love, am so so so sorry.'
