TRP = 2.64

Week 33 - 12th July 2017 to 18th Aug 2017.

There is considerable rise in impressions in all three charts.

KKB comes back into the Top 5 of Urban chart.

BARC TRP Overall Rank - #4 Position
BARC TRP Urban Rank - #5 Position
BARC TRP Rural Rank - #8 Position

Comparing Impressions from last week :

Overall - 545 (Rise)

Urban - 302 (Rise)

Rural - 243 (Rise)

Week 33 - Highlights :

Sangram stops Purab and Disha's wedding and hits Purab badly, Disha saves Purab.
Abhi tries to put sindhoor in Munni's forehead and she refuses and throws it away.
Pragya is alive in somewhere and she is under some doctor's observation.
Munni goes to temple and wishes Pragya should come back to Abhi again.
Abhi organizes Purab and Disha's wedding in MM, Aaliya went mad hearing this.
Abhi gets Sarala ma's permission for Purab's marriage, Abhi asks Purab to move on in his life.

Praveen if you have been watching current week episodes.. do you feel for this week's episodes KKB will be able to rise upto 6000 to 6500 in urban charts since there is no glimpse of Pragya and last promo of Abhi's life in danger hasn't yet played out?

Actually I didn't watch this week episodes because of my exams... As for I read the updates I think this week, KKB will sustain in the same impressions with +/- 100 in Urban charts... But it is very hard to fetch 6500 impressions without showing glimpse of Pragya...

we need to see pragya somewhere in this weeks episode...viewers saw her alive last week..and then there was no more of her...the promo instead came out...the anticipation for her return is being prolonged in true kkb style...the trp's won't increase to my believe until pragya is really back in full...to keep the trps rising...they need to show her...whether still lying on the bed...unconscious...they need to show the viewers pragya...but they have not done this at all..for the past week...purab/disha wedding has the same element as everything...tanu knows that sangram singh is here...and of course she will let alia know when she gains consciousness...this is one thing that the writers won't ever change...the fact that the villains get to know everything...it is very stretched out...so next week the trps might increase or stay the same...the promo was shown...everyone is excited for pragya's return...but the wait is turning out to be rather a long one as usual...the story needs to move at a slightly faster pace for trps to be topping again...if not...at least have abhi and pragya together...that is all the show needs...

Have no idea about any authentic online or digital measurement of content currently happening in India..except for BARC for TV ratings.

But few weeks back I remember reading BARC CEO statement may be in Jul, where he said BARC is shortly coming up with digital measurement methods and products like EKAM for online Indian content, so beyond TV content they intend to publish different ratings charts for advertisers, since demand for online ads has gone up in the last decade so as online Indian viewership. 😊

Couldn't quickly locate his interview, it may be published in BARC India site, you may want to check.

Thanks, Praveen. I think to increase trp's they showed an unconscious Pragya. I don't think writers have a clear idea yet of what they want to do with Munni and Pragya or the track. Ratings may go down or stay at 2.5 until all this is sorted out.
