Thank you Praveen..I think Pragya as different and Munni as different person was a last minute decision and now that Pragya is back I'm sure trps will increase.Their plan of Pragya as Munni backfired so this is the same thing to do..Glad CVs understood it on time

Nowadays, Sustaining 13000-15000 impressions for a long time, that too for a daily show is mere impossible... But we should not forget that KKB still managed to get 12000+ impressions in week 27 and 28 even in this year too...

Highly intense episodes only gather higher ratings, we can't expect higher ratings during ordinary episodes... This week we have got one highly intense episode in Wednesday, and this new promo also helps KKB to increase impressions... Even I feel this week impressions may not be huge, but definitely there will considerable rise... I am expecting KKB back to top 5 in urban charts this week... Lets see...

I just came across many other shows fandom, they are desperately wants their show at least to fetch some average TRP to sustain... One of my fav show KRPKAB, which is having huge online fan base going off air because of lack of TRP... But KKB getting good TRPs with ease even when they didn't fulfill their viewers expectation... KKB is very lucky to have these loyal viewers, writers should respect them and should give quality episodes... I hope they will give...

Agree ordinary episodes of long running daily serials can't always fetch higher ratings, as bored audience tends to drift apart and have tendency to check what's happening on other channels and other serials during such days.

But if I recollect, Ekta several times shared in her old interviews and so did her Balaji telefilms core team which she used to refer as teen deviyaan, (Nivi, Shaalu and Tanu) have revealed a simple strategy that they regularly follow. One of Balaji's success mantra that helped advertisers, channels, creatives, audience for fetching high ratings was;

Every two months show a twist followed by some intense scenes and every six months give a overhaul to the serial with a major unpredictable climax and track change that shooks up the audience.. 😃

And overall this strategy had worked immensely well for Balaji for many years and for many of their daily serials. It surprises why her current team at Balaji is unable to follow the same mantra during the last few years. Now a days one 24 hrs duration or one wedding function or one kidnap chasing sequence itself comfortably takes up two months of air time in their serials, then how will they sustain audience interest continuously? And when every major track takes upto 1 to 1.5 yrs of run time, then in such tight competitive TV world who has so much patience to wait so looong for a climax? 😆

Regarding fandom of other shows going hyper about TRPs, have also been noticing this on forums and SM, some are actually forging into TRP wars and bashing others which is highly ridiculous..😳

While Indian audience is a major contributor towards TRP's that is used as a basis for advertisers to fix slot prices for their ads; its channels, producers, creatives, writers, directors, editors and to some extent cast that have collective responsibility for continuously drawing audience towards their respective shows resulting in decent TRPs for longer durations, there by giving them revenues to manage, but NOT fandom.

Barun Sobti, Drashti Dhami, Iqbal Khan, Sanaya Irani, Shaheer Sheik, Jennifer, Mona Singh, Ronit Roy, Sharad Malhotra, Surbhi Jyothy, Sharad Kelkar, Kritika Kamra, Karan Kundra etc.- all these actors have huge fan bases and their recent shows were from prominent production houses that got aired on popular hindi channels - but those weren't successful in terms of ratings, concepts or revenues for a sustained duration. Fanbases don't alone make TV shows successful in current age, people need to understand this reality. 😳

Promote the show you love more, give concerned teams responsible for running the show you love some constructive feedback for improvement and do this more often than bashing and hating other shows or actors..its simple..😊

Ahh LA..!! Beautifully written... 👏

@Bold Couldn't agree more...

There are two types of Indian TV audience... TRP viewers and Online viewers... TRP viewers are helps the show makers to get profit through ad sponsors, and Online viewers helps the show to get popular and to win awards...

The show which fulfills these two viewers categories with above average will be termed as successful show... KKB fulfills it... But the fandom of some other shows assumes that their show is successful because it is popular... They always blames TRP people's taste for their show's low ratings... They need to understand TRP viewers are fall under all age groups as their tastes are differ from one group to another...

When a show starts, it's the fan base of the lead actors that drive the initial success. After that, if the story and script is captivating, viewer base automatically increases because they like the show. I think show fans drive the trp's than star fans.
