Hey- since I have very little knowledge about the hindu wedding rituals so please don't be mad at me for asking this question:

Isnt Abhi and Tanu almost married now?

I'm asking cuz

the MANTRAS are done

the garlands are exchanged

as per the precap for tomorrow's episode 5 PHERAS are done and 2 are left so

legally Abhi and Tanu are married right? even if Sarla come and stops the wedding they are already married right? Sindoor and Mangal surtra is just the formality right? Pheras and Mantras are the main thing?

I still have hope they are NOT married but...

If the pheras are not completed..the groom doesnot foll the brides maang and place the mangalsutra around her neck..the marriage ceremony is not done...so the marriage ceremony is not completed and therefore they are not married...

No they aren't married ,only if Abhi and Pragya were divorced and Tanu and Abhi completed wedding rituals they are married.Abhigya aren't divorced and so no matter even if they complete pheras ,apply sindoor or mangalsutra they aren't married.On the contrary Abhi can file a case against Tanu once he gets his memory back and pragya too can file a case against them.So in nutshell Abhigya are very much legally married
