What happened to Tannu?

Around episode 40, Tannu refused to marry Abhi, because she did not want marriage to jeopardize her modeling career. Although Abhi had helped her to groom into a model, she still chose to put him aside for her career and that was more important to her than being Mrs. Rockstar.

But now she is such a low life trying to marry Abhi, even if it takes a shameful act or some fake baby daddy claim. What exactly made Tannu go from an ambitious model to this pathetic person?

May be if they showed that she still wants her career and hence is behind Abhi who perhaps can get her contracts..would have been a bit more convincing.

She thought Abhi would wait for her contract to end when she rejected his proposal. She would have been ok if Abhi just dated her. She didn't expect Abhi to go ahead with Aliya's plan to revenge marry. That made her jealous. She didn't think he'll fall for Pragya. She got insecure. She's been obsessed to get him back even at the cost of her career.

Exactly!

She realised she is not the supermodel she is if she is not related to Abhi.
The Adds Tanu gets is because of Abhi. Alia uses Abhi's name to get Adds for Tanu.

I remember her grumbling about her career diminishing and having nothing in the mogambo track.

So basically Tanu/Alia are nothing without Abhi Mehra name related to them.

As huts said Tanu is nothing without Abhi, she was in demand only because of her relationship with Abhi & Eben now it's only because of Abhibshe is getting little work to do.

She is ready to become Abhi's Secretary after their marriage. I don't think she even thinks about her career now. And cvs suddenly changed Tanu's priorities. Like they never showed any major incident where Tanu realised that she wants Abhi. Actually when Madhurima played Tanu, the character was more career oriented. But after her, cvs turned Tanu's character into something else.
