I think they are showing Abhi is too much dependent on Nikita to bring up Pu and P stuff!! Because he is so attached he will try to claim his love if Nikita is shown as someone else's!!

Well Abhi is in love with Pragya. Nikita is 100 percent Pragya but Abhi doesn't know it. Yet it's the same coffee, same feelings..all same. She still has all reasons he loved her for..the care the kindness she showed for him made him love her..she still shows that.
