Abhi is very down to earth and he never judged people by what they wear. He hated Pragya not because she was modest or middle class but because she stole Purab. I never got an impression he had anything against average people.. The first time he comes to Arora house, he is so polite with Maa, Daadi etc. His only issue was Pragya who supposedly cheated Aalu.

He does say to Pragya many times during early days of marriage, he woudn't be bad to her if she wasn't bad.. he hates doing what he is doing etc. Went to show he didn't agree with what he was doing but he had to do that to teach a lesson to Pragya..

And the soap has established that he likes Pragya for her regular ways and does not expect her to be anythign else. He would still give anything to get his chashmish, fuggy in chatri back and will trade off Mogambo for her anytime.

I think he likes that Pragya he loved... the Pragya she presented to him when she cared for him in their marriage.. the caring and kind Pragya he knows her.. the one whom he calls her Fuggy... What she wears is secondary.

Suresh did one more weird thing..

During MMS, Abhi was already burning to have seen PraSu MMS.. Suresh put more salt on his wound by saying Pragya had feelings for him!

There was an interesting cold war between Abhi and Suresh... CVs could have made use of these two talented actors and their opposite characters..

I would have loved the CVs to explore more into how Abhi feels about Pragya liking someone before him. I expected more from that New Years party showdown. Abhi was quiet during most of Suresh's rantings 😒

Pragya's innocence was more than proved na, in MMS. And later Suresh was shown to be interested in BB..So I guess Abhi didn't bother about that RaBuLesh triangle... lol.

I always dreamt of a SuBhiGya triangle.. Because Abhi is quite confident in himself but Suresh is a very different competition.. Pragya is similar to Suresh, gets along well with him, they had a past.. And Abhi can never be like Suresh.. not even want to be like him.. but for him to realize Pragya may like Suresh not him.. would have been very fun to watch!
