Pragya was still sitting near temple lost in deep thoughts, she was back to herself when dadi called goolu for the fifth time, she turned n saw dadi n gave smile n walked to her
Pragya: (touching her feet) Namastey dadi
Dadi: jeeti raho, so why you went that day without meeting me??
Pragya:(pretending that she didn't knew that she was at abhi's house) when dadi??
Dadi: as if you don't know, it was my house
Pragya: really dadi, I don't even know you leave in Mumbai n which day you are talking about???
Dadi: arre two days back, when you met with accident n person who took you to his home was Abhi
Pragya: (still pretending) ohh my god, dadi I must say, that chasmis, should wear his glasses more often, he almost killed me, if I knew that, person was Abhi I would definitely stayed back, n complain to you about him
Dadi: ok ok, now you know then come home, have dinner with us
Pragya: no dadi, Tanu must be waiting for me
Dadi: Tanu , Tanu Metha
Pragya: ya, did you know her
Dadi: ya once she came to our home, but I don't like her.
Pragya: why dadi, she is sweet
Dadi: ya she is, but bitter from inside, anyway how do you her??
Pragya: she is badi maa's daughter, n my elder sister( she never mentioned Tanu as her step sister, she respects n love as real sister)
Dadi: ok, so inform her that you are coming with me, n that's my order
Pragya: dadi as you wish but I will cook, n both of them went. Dadi calls Abhi, n says that he should have dinner at home as someone special is coming, but he said, he is going for dinner with Tanu, then dadi insisted him to come home, if he wants he can bring Tanu also n Abhi agreed. Pragya, knowing that, now Tanu will also join for dinner, she thought, she should do something that will make dadi like Tanu n hate her.
On reaching MM, Pragya ask dadi, if she likes Gujarati food n dadi agrees n tells her if she wants any help ask robin to help. Pragya goes to cook, after sometime she ask robin, if they have vodka or wine , he brings vodka. For worst, she drinks neat n dadi comes in kitchen n sees drunk Pragya murmured somethings, n dal falls on her clothes. Dadi calls Radha n ask her to change Pragya's clothes n take her to guest room, n make sure she doesn't come out from room till dinner is over. ( dadi didn't wanted Abhi to see her like this, as she didn't knew that he already saw her in this kind condition)
After sometime, Abhi came with Tanu, dadi welcomed them
Tanu: hello dadi
Dadi : hello beta, come let's sit n have dinner
Abhi: so dadi, who is special someone you wanted me to meet??
Dadi: (thinking what to do) I was talking about Tanu only
Abhi:(puzzled) but
Dadi: I'm joking, actually I have selected girl for you n invited her also but at last moment she had to go for urgent work
Tanu:(cuts in between) what kind of selfish girl she must be, to cancel dinner with Abhi the rockstar
Abhi: she may be having really important work, she is nice girl, to give priority to others then having dinner with me
Tanu:(annoyed) what kind of person you are??
You have not met her, you don't even know her name n how can you be so sure??
Abhi: I'm telling this, not because my dadi choice is right or I'm telling just to make dadi feel better but it's really sweet, that her priorities will not change, just because she is invited by rockstar's dadi
Dadi: I'm proud of you Abhi, you understand her so deeply, I'm sure she is perfect for you
Abhi: slow down dadi, I didn't agree to marry her or something ok, I m not ready now
Dadi: ok, take your Time she will wait.
Abhi: wow dadi, nice food, you cook today
Dadi: no beta, that girl did n then
Abhi: what's her name, dadi
Dadi: Pari ( to avoid more questions from Abhi, she looks at Tanu) who all are the in your family?tanu: my parents passed away n
Abhi: ( cuts in between) I'm sorry to hear that, come I will show you my house
Dadi:( gets tensed, what if he finds about Pragya) it's getting late, better she should go home
Tanu:(gets excited n holds abhi's hand) yes Abhi lets go, it's getting late
Abhi: I think, Its better I should not drive at night, sorry Tanu, but my driver will drop you
Tanu:(confused)why?? U like to drive at night
Dadi: actually, I have asked him, not to drive at night n Tanu goes home with driver, thinking this dadi ruin her date tonight.
Abhi asked dadi to go n sleep n he went to his room, thinking, what was wrong with dadi today, why would she select girl for me, n even if she did, what was need to discuss that in front of Tanu, is it she doesn't like Tanu??? N goes to dadi's room but she tries to avoid him n again n again ask him to go to his room n sleep, finally he goes n dadi goes to see Pragya, she was sleeping, seeing her like that tears formed dadi's eyes, she looks so innocent, what was she thinking, does she purposely, drinking?? I will ask her, first thing in morning, n she ask Radha to go n sleep n dadi also goes to her room
Tanu keeps on calling Pragya but her phone was on salient mood.
Again Abhi started having that flashbacks n gets restless n goes out to guest room ( this was new routine from past 2days, may he felt her presence in that room)guest room was as usual, lights were off, n AC was on ( his house was centrally Ac). It was early morning, around 4am, Abhi (thought he is dreaming)started cuddling Pragya from behind, he felt that same alcohol smell, that same feeling, slowly his hand slide under her T-shirt, Pragya eyes widened, she thought ""was she dreaming, or actually he is here, on this very bed, no Pragya this time you have face it, stop him, no no no if he felt embarrassed, or even worse, what if he screamed n dadi comes then, what she will think?? I'm sleeping with her grandson, no Pragya, you just keep clam, go from here at right moment" just then his hand, moved from top of her body to her underpants, she hold his hand, n whispered "Abhi " his actions stop, he froze, "yes this is same voice, I hear every night, from past 3 months,is she hear, I'm I dreaming," n he turns to bedside lamp, switch it on, but that was too late, she was gone
"Yes I must be dreaming, but today it really felt like she was actually here." n again he went to sleep. Pragya, (who was hiding in balcony of that same room) "what should I do now?? I can't go from here, dadi knows I was in this room, what if he tells, that he slept whole night in this same room. It was around 8am, dadi came n knock door as it was locked from inside, Pragya runs towards Abhi, n tell "Abhi, pls go from here, dadi has come" saying that she pushed him, he rolled down the bed,"what the hell, who are you?? I mean why are you" she doesn't let's him complete sentence n tells again "dadi has come, pls hide, what will she think, if she sees both of us in same room" Abhi with attitude, "why should I go, it's my house, you go n hide," pleading him, "pls dadi,made me sleep here first, so you will have to leave"
