What if Abhigya went to the doc for a physical exam and the doctor happened to be super hot? What would Abhi/Pragya do if the other was the patient?

I watching Hum Tum the other day and realized how much the leads are like Abhigya in their constant bickerings, but never realizing they're like so meant to be with each other. And the guy being so late to realize his feelings. But they had cartoons that represented them in the middle of the movie. And then I remembered, we have dolls! How adorbsss!

What if Abhi was a milkman and he used to take the extra long routes to deliver the milk to one of his customers, Pragya, who he had a crush on since they were kids? And in return, she'd teach him maths that she learned at school that day?
