Pragya slapped her forehead, exasperated. "We can barely stand to look at each other, Abhi. We're good in bed, in fact, we're fantastic. But that's all there is between us. You 'like' me, and I 'like' you. Outside the bed, I want to punch your face every time I see you."
Abhisekh Mehra couldn't forget those words, even 8 years later. He'd been 22 at the time, a young guy, who had fallen madly in love with his co-worker. She'd broken his heart, his pride, and turned him into a cynic. He had done well though, spent all his anger, hate and heartbreak into composing super hit songs, eventually landing him a gig with Anu Malik. After singing a few playback songs for actors behind the scenes in movies, he got his first concert. With immense hard work, Abhi, at 30, had managed to transform himself into 'Abhi the rockstar'. But there was a part of him that still couldn't forget her: the girl that got away. The girl he loved and hated, and yet a part of him knew that what she said was true. They'd never have made it... He may have loved her but they didn't like each other enough.
Pragya Khanna was a law unto herself. She never listened to anyone about anything, especially when it came to societal beliefs. At 19, when she had broken Abhi's heart, she'd felt a little bad but hadn't given it a second thought. She was happy with her life, at 27, as a wedding planner at her own company: Kumkum Bhagya. She was a single mother to a 4 year old, Bulbul, and was enjoying life to the fullest. She had no regrets in life, having accepted all consequences as well as gifts.
So what happens when these two meet after 8 years? Will they be able to meet as friends? As enemies? Or perhaps they will just strangers, getting to know each other all over again. </font>
