I still doubt though. Tanu s name was not revealed to doctor. She was mentioned as abhis friend or something. The doc can say some lady with Abhigya was pregnant. That's it.

The doctor knows tanu name ..she calls her by her name..

Anyway I feel Dadi and ID may spot tabhi in cafe..

Let's see..can't wait for dadi knowing the truth..

Wish they get the dna test too by some miracle...just how abhi and pragya birthchart flew on top of one another..so too the dna test should fly..come on ganapati baba we need a miracle...

Tannu was a supermodel. Possible that some one knew her and mentions oh it was that Tannu Mehta!
