Okay watched the precap. There are two papers, one divorce and one abortion! She does ask him to sign either this or that! CVs have just used this to make it dramatic, there is no need for such papers to be signed by a man.. and it's not even her husband and not "proved" to be the baby daddy!

An adult woman does not need anyone's consent to abort.

Yes, cvs are again using befaltu ke concepts just for the sake of drama, they could have just included tanu's damki, that could have provided the required drama, what was the need of the papers😕.even in India consent of only the mother(if adult) is needed for termination of pregnancy.
