Chapter 11- love it is!

Love, this four letter word can make you do crazy things. Things you never imagined. Once this word tops your priority list, that's it everything around us reminds us of our love. Love the only word which is difficult to find in our dictionary called life, but once found you can't erase it ever.

They parted and looked at each other. Abhi cupped Pragyas face, wiped her tears and said- I love you girlfriend. Pragya looked at Abhi in confusion and asked- girlfriend? Abhi sighed and said- chashmish I love you. Do you know what that means? Pragya nodded a yes. Abhi continued -then, I will call you my girlfriend only na? Or should I call you sister? And he chuckled. Pragya hit him playfully on his chest. Ouch! Pragya looked at him worried- sorry did that hurt? Be careful chashmish, my girlfriend stays there; keeping his hand on his heart. She blushed. He took her hand in his and left from there.

Bulbul and Purab were waiting in theparking area. Talking about the first day, the competitive exams and other stuffs to pass time, when they saw Sid approaching them.

Hey Sid- bulbul

Hi bulbul.

Where is papdi? Sid asked bulbul.

Papdi? -Purab

Bulbul chuckled at Purabs amusement and said- Pragya, who else.

Ohh...okay...

So where is Pragya and what about Abhi?

Bulbul and Purab looked at each other. They have to give convincing reasons them both missing.

Actually Sid...just as Purab was about to make up a story he saw Sid looking somewhere else. He noticed bulbul sighing in relief. He followed sids view and there he saw Abhi, Neil, alia and Pragya engrossed in their conversation and making way towards them. Thank god! - He mumbled to himself. As Pragya saw Sid, she rushed towards him and gave him a hug. Bhai! Even Sid returned a warm brotherly hug and said- hey papdi! What happened? Pragya realized she was being emotional, may be coz of the feeling of being in love. Seeing them, even alia held abhis arms. The bond of siblings. Pragya broke the hug and said- nothing bhai.

The Mehra siblings:

Alia left with Abhi on his bike. On the way she pulled out a conversation, to know what was brewing between Abhi and Pragya.

So how was your day bhai?

It was good.

Come on bhai, you promised to tell me.

What are you talking about alia?

Bhai, I and Neil saw you and Pragya walking together hand in hand. What was that?

Alia...

Bhai...

Okay, fine. I will tell you but, you have to keep it to yourself. Promise?

Promise brother.

I and Pragya are together. That's it, that's all I am going to tell you. No more questions.

Wow bhai. That's so good to hear and she hugged him from behind. Congrats bhai.

As soon as they reached home, alia messaged the news to Neil. I know I should tell this to anyone but I can't stop myself. This is the best news ever.

Neil who was about to take a nap, heard his mobile beeping, he knew it has to be her and he was right. He opened the message-

Hey partner. Guess what!!! Bhai and Pragya are together. J Bhai told this to me. I am super duper happy...

Neil was happy too. Finally things were settling down. He replied to her text.

Bulbul, who was busy telling her mom about the entire day, couldn't stop thinking about him. He is smart, good looking and he is alias friend as well- Neil oberoi. I like his name, she thought. God bulbul!!! What are you even thinking? Are you mad? She was instantly attracted to him. But, why? With these thoughts even she dozed off, tired with the day.

Mehra mansion

Alia came out from the washroom, freshened up and changed into a pajama and kurta. She checked her cell phone and there were 3 messages-

Neil oberoi- - that's great news partner. So, now you and Sid will finally happen.

Purab- - hey alia. How was your day? I am sure the rehearsal room would have missed you a lot.

Sid -hi dear, hope your day was as good as mine. You looked beautiful in that anarkali. Take care. 😊

She was too tired to reply to anyone. So, she just reread the message from Sid. Indeed, it was great news, bhai and Pragya, Sid and me-she thought. Thinking about herself and Sid, she dozed off.

Chapter 12- life is simple but love isn't

The Mehra mansion was the most desired place to be in the past few weeks for everyone. It had a certain kind of magic in the atmosphere, and the magic was love. The Mehra Siblings in love with arora siblings. Alia Mehra couldn't stop smiling at all. She was in love. All she could think of was Siddhant arora, her first crush, which as time passed blossomed into love.

Abhishek Mehra, the guy who liked the single tag, always wanted to do his manmarzi, the one who loved his freedom was now hitched. That has to be the headlines of their college magazine. Of course, hearts of all the girls will be broken. After all this while finally Abhi and Pragya were together, it's going to be tough, but as they say- pyaar ke raaste hai mushkil, par pyaar bina zindagi hai naamumkin...

While alia was too engrossed in Sid, Purab was restless in the past few weeks, after he witnessed her proximity to Neil. Purab has always loved her, ever since he met her at abhis birthday party few years back. What was it that attracted him towards her? The fact that she was beautiful? Intelligent? Witty? Whatever it was, the thing is he loves her. And he can't see her with anyone else. Purab was in his gym trying to fix his mind rather than his body. Gym was the only place where he could find peace. But, it wasn't working-

Purabs pov-

It's been days, to be appropriate it's been a week, no messages from her. Alia, I am missing you. I saw her few days back with Neil, she rushed to him, and gave him a hug, and she didn't even bother to wish me, or talk to me. She took him with her, and after that I saw her performing with Neil on a duet song. I can't get upset on that, because, Neil is her dance partner so, that's fine. But, I am tired of being her friend. I love her and may be its time I tell her what I feel for her. Yes! Exactly, I should tell her.

******Arora house*****

The scenario in arora house was quite different than the Mehra mansion. The siblings were busy in their respective work. While Pragya was busy in her studies and project work, Sid was busy with practice for the upcoming football tournament, which he had to win, to make sure, the team progresses to the state level.

Pragya loved Abhi. She met him every day in college and they made sure they spend some alone time together, and all they did was talk about life, ambitions, family, career, they could talk on and on. They argued as well, but at the end what mattered was that they madly were in love with each other.

Siddhant has always been different from other guys in the group, while most of them carried their emotions on their sleeves, Sid, never displayed his emotions to anyone. To know, what he was thinking, to get his opinion was a task.

Sid's pov-

He reread the message that alia had sent him- hey Sid, I know you are busy with practice for the upcoming intercollegiate tournament. But, I hope you remember, you have other commitments as well. I hope I rank somewhere in your priorities list.

God!!! I should stay away from her. I have been trying, but I am not able to. I know she has feelings for me but, we cannot happen. If we get into a relationship and if it doesn't work out then, it will cost me my friendship with Abhi. What will Abhi think about me? God!! I don't want to complicate our relationships. I will have to talk to alia about it. Tomorrow maybe...

Next day-

Excel College was getting ready, for the welcome party of the fresher's. it was more of a chaos in the college auditorium, where the party was to be held. Abhi, Sid, Akash, Purab were cracking their heads to find a theme for the party. Just then, alia came in with Neil to tell them about her performance for the party. Seeing Neil with alia made Purab red with anger. He has started hating Neil now.

Hey guys. All set for the party?

Nope Neil, we are still banging our heads to decide the theme.- Akash

Okay. What about retro as the theme? Alia suggested.

That's a good one- Purab said

What say bhai?

I am fine with it. What about you Sid?

Sid's pov-

Sid has been all the while looking at alia. I have to confront her. I am going to hurt her. God!! Help me.

He was brought out of his thoughts by Abhi.

Yes Abhi. No problem.

So its decided, Retro it is.- Akash

Okay then, I and Neil will go and practice for our performance. See you guys later. Saying so alia left with Neil.

A girl in skin fit blue jeans and white crop top, her hair tied in a French braid, beautiful dove like eyes, nude orange lipstick, walked in. she looked like a doll, a beautiful Barbie doll. She slowly walked towards the gang of four, who were busy with the arrangements. She closed the eyes of Abhi from behind; Abhi was taken by surprise, chashmish! He thought. He removed the hands and as he turned around, he was shocked.

Before he could react, the girl gave him a hug and a peck on his cheek. He was about to get away when he saw a pair of eyes looking at him with shock all over the face.

Chashmish!
