Part Two

Ranveer's mom calling..

After thinking for few moments,Pragya attends the call.."Hello aunty, how are you?"

"Pragya.. Any idea where Ranveer is? He always talks to me before sleeping or attends my call but now it's very late and he has neither called back nor is he attending my calls..I am very scared beta.."

Oh no.. I left from there midway , after that conversation in the evening ..I hope he hasn't done anything stupid.. He won't , as far as I know him..God please take care of him..

"Aunty don't worry..he has gone to meet his friend to get some notes..I am not attending that class with him so I had no idea.. Maybe he is busy or his phone is on silent.. I will check and ask him to call you in the morning .. It's very late for you aunty you please sleep na "

"Okay beta I got very scared because I couldn't reach him ,but if you know where he is then I am fine .. Good night Pragya"

"Good night auntyji"

" Pragya .. Whatever happened today,yes I agree he did something you wouldn't have expected out of him but he has been your best friend and he has been with you through your good and bad times .. You have to make sure that he is good so better call him ..", Pragya's mind tells her..

She feels that's right and calls Ranveer and gets a not reachable tone .. She decides to go to that one place that she is sure he would've gone to..he generally goes there when he is lonely .. The park beside their college ..

She rushes to that place and just as she had expected ,he finds him there,eyes closed and with a tear stained face..she slowly walks and sits beside him on the bench..

"Ranveer"

He hears the familiar voice and opens his eyes immediately to find his best friend-girlfriend-unsure of the relationship anymore Pragya looking at him with a worried look on her face ..Before she could open her mouth he says "Listen Pragya..I am sorry... I swear I didn't want to hurt you like that and that's why I even postponed telling you all these days .. But today we were talking about how we first met and all that and somehow I just confessed even before I could stop myself.. From the moment you walked away I have been dying in guilt for having put you through the pain.. Please forgive me if possible .. I will always be your friend and your well wisher no matter what.. And also I am sure you will understand how beautiful an emotion love is .. I am ready to sacrifice my love for you but I wish you fall in love with someone in future,not thinking about your father's betrayal to your mother..trust me you will find true happiness..will you talk to me ? "

"Ranveer .. I am sorry .. I know you always keep my happiness in mind ..but I was shocked when you proposed so I shouted at you .. I am sorry I don't have any feelings like that towards you.. Thanks for still wishing that I fall in love someday.. Very less likely still thank you ranveer! I am happy I found a friend like you .. I know it will be tough for us to talk normally but ya lets try...gradually we should be okay ..thanks for being so understanding ranveer..seriously I didn't know how to face you after that..your mom had called worried about you..I knew you would be here so wanted to check on you.. "

"Oh ! I didn't see my phone .. I will call ma after I go back.. And ya Pragya .. Time for a fresh start..Hi I am Ranveer,glad to meet you"

Pragya smiles at him.. Little had she thought that in one day her life will take a full circle from hating her best friend and vowing to never face him again to getting back to talking terms with him again..a lot had happened in 24 hours..hopefully they should get back to being good friends if not best,soon.
