And after Pragya says that she doesn't love Abhi, he can feel something fishy if Tanu tries to come close to him? As in like if Tanu's behavior changes and he doesn't come to know about Tanu being pregnant soon after he comes back into his sense after drinking that alcohol?

yes LS...he'll definitely get suspiscious after he becomes conscious from the alcohol (which he drank when pragya says she doesn't love him)...And he'll confirm his suspiscion if Tanu changes her character and comes to him closely...
