Where I live there is a lot of French/Cajun influence. So everyone uses -eux to make the "ooo" sound.

Literally go = geaux

And last names also end with -eux or -eaux

I didn't see that I wrote in french sorry
they speak like that because it is not their mother language so they have an accent

It's okay! 😊. And the mother language here is English but they have a small percentage of french in them where I live. They literally write some things with that ending. I love different cultures😳
