The footsteps echo toward cell number 158. Keys jingle, door clanks open, a constable standing at the entrance of the man-cage hollers, "Chalo. Nikalo. Tumari bail ho chuki ha. Seedi baasha mein nikalo yahaan se!" (Come on. Get out. Your bail has been given. Get out of here without giving us problems.)
Raj wakes up from a sitting position. He puts his glasses on and glances at the man, confused. "Mein nahi jaha raha hoon yahaan se." Raj spoke affirmatively. (I'm not going from here.)
A man wearing sunglasses walks in, kneels down next to Raj, and whispers, "Arre Raj baabu, aap toh innocent hai. Kyun is fateecher haalath me idhar behte huin hai?" (Oh Raj man, you are innocent. Why are you sitting here in this condition?"
"Koi meri baath ka veshwaas nahi ka raha ha. Aap kon hain, aur aap ko sach kese maalum? Lawyer hain kya?" Raj replied. (No one believes my word. Who are you, and how do you know the truth? Are you a lawyer?)
"Well, yeh hi samjhiye. Muhje pata hai kisne aap ko frame kiya hai?" the man reveals. (Well, you can say that. I know who has framed you.)
Raj gapes at the sudden news. He slightly balls his hands and is angry.
"Kisne?" Raj angrily questions. (Who?)

Abhi and Pragya arrive at the hospital. Tanu's parents are crying. Daadi asks daasi about the crying strangers. No one knows of these people. All are puzzled. Daasi calls Pragya to find out. "Pragya puthar, ye log kon hai? Hum ne toh inhe Lohri ke puja me nahi bolaya," daasi asks. (Pragya dear, who are these people? We didn't call them to Lohri's ceremony.)
"Inho ne bola ki yeh inke clients hain," Pragya lied. (Abhi said that they are his clients.)
Pragya wanted to talk to Abhi but seeing that he is worried, she did not raise questions about the proposal.
"Lag toh nahi raha hai," daasi says suspiciously. "Ithna rona dhona kyun kar rahe hain." (It doesn't look like it. Why are they crying this much?)
Everyone is lightly conversing. Meanwhile, Aliya is conspiring against Bulbul like usual, not feeling guilty about Tanu at all. The doctor walks out with her head slightly bent. Everyone gets up in anticipation of what the doctor is going to say.
"Doctor, Tanu thik toh ho ja yengi na?" Abhi asks. (Doctor, will Tanu be fine?)
Pragya instantly intervenes, "Aap ko kya padi hai Tanu ki?" (Why are you so worried about Tanu?)
Daasi also speaks up, "Haan, haan. Tuhje itni kyu fikar ho rahi hai uski?" (Yes, yes. Why are you so worried about her?)
Tanu's parents feel disrespected once again.
"Yeh sab chodhi hai. Doctor, ab batao. How is she?" he asks. (Leave all this. Doctor, now tell me. How is she?)
Doctor replies, "She is fine, but I am sorry, we could not save the baby."
Everyone confused.
"What baby?!" Abhi questions angrily. "Aap ko wrong patient hai. Iska toh burns ka ilaaj chal raha hai." (What baby?! You have the wrong patient. She is getting treated for burns.)
"I know, but she was two weeks pregnant with your child. She came for checkups every Friday. She also wrote your name on the forms in the place of father," the doctor saw everyone's distressed faces and continued hesitantly, "I'm sorry, I thought you... Anyway, Take care. I have to leave. Stop by if you have any other questions. The nurse practitioner will explain everything," the doctor quickly escaped the potential questions saying that.
Aliya smirks hearing the news.
Everyone looks toward Abhi. Daadi shakes her head in disgust. Pragya runs away crying, and Abhi sits down with his head in his hands saying, "Yeh sab jhoot hai. Mujhe khud nahi pata yeh sab kese hua." (This is all a lie. I, myself, don't know how this happened.)

Pragya reaches the washroom and slides down the wall sobbing. "Yeh sab mere saath kyun hota hai? Mere khud ke pathi ne itni gidi hui harkat... kese... chi! Kyun roka inho nai divorce agar yeh sab karna tha?" she screamed. (Why does this always happen to me? My own husband did this dirty... how... Ugh! Why did he stop the divorce if he wanted to do all this?)
"Di!" Bulbul screamed as she ran in. She sat down and hugged her didi. "Muhje na, yeh sab chaal lagti hai us Tanu ki. Jiju nahi kar sakte hai yeh gandi harkat." Bulbul held her sister's crying face as she wiped her tears. "Don't worry di." (Sister! I think, this is a plot made by that Tanu. My brother-in-law can't do this to you. Don't worry sister.)
"Nahi Bulbul. Konsa Doctor esa mazaak karta hai? Bas, bohot ho gaya. Mein humesha ke liye chod ke jaha rahi hoon une." (No Bulbul. What doctor plays this kind of joke? Enough is enough. I am leaving him forever.)
