Want to share some really awkward thing I heard from my Daadi. So it seems in her days all marriages were arranged. So on the wedding night.. The morning after, old ladies will check bride's clothes and sheets for stains of blood to make sure making love happened!

Not gross just appalling ! In rural areas though or extreme orthodox places this happens and it drives me up the wall!

It was definitely news to me when my Daadi shared it.. I was an early teen then... But this whole concept of pushing a gal and guy who don't know each other in one room and expecting them to have sex... Gah!! Especially for the gal and even for the guy too so unfair!

And the issue of virginity is a totally different matter!!

And on the other extreme are these soaps. They want to tell us Abhi and Pragya slept in the same room/bed for ages and nothing happened between them. I mean what even!!
But yeah that's where what we love comes to picture the hardly happening always hinted at romance!!
