To me it seems like he is worried about loving Pragya. Because it's forbidden. If Pragya was not the traitor, and just a regular girl, he would have said bye to Tannu by now and got on with Pragya.. It's not about Tannu, it's about Pragya.

The unfortunate thing about feelings though is no one gets to have a say on how another feels. It just happens and it doesn't change until it does. I dont get Pragya's feelings but no matter what Abhi says now, she's going to feel that way.

Just after this rejection.. it so happens that he ends up lost in her eyes. because he sees the moon in her eyes (apparently, you see it only in your soulmate;'s eye) and even admits it to her..

He even takes out chashma, wears it and all to confirm..😆

she is happy!
