Hello people,
So here's the second part of this story. Its not exactly what I expected but I still hope you all like it.
I am overwhelmed by the fact that people actually liked what I wrote and I would hope you like this and the ones to come ahead. Also, I realized that it needs more than three parts so its officially a four or five shot. :)

Part - 2

It had been a week to Pragya's mother's death. Pragya had taken over the responsibility of Kumkum Bhagya marriage hall and Arora house. She had started going back to college to teach. She was acting strong in front of everyone but in reality her heartbreak would not let her breathe without feeling a stab of pain deep inside. Every agonizing breath made her realise that she was breathing, living a life without her mother, she could not get out of this. There was no way out, so she started to work day and night so she could keep her mind busy because every free second her mind would wander to all those months of torture she spent with him, a man who married her for his own selfish reasons and still blamed her for everything, the mam who was responsible for her current state. Every time she closes her eyes she would either see her mother's smiling face or His, the only difference was his smile would an evil smirk of victory and it would drive her crazy. She didn't know what to do. Every night was spent wondering what she could have done differently so her mother would have been alive. Every night a new scenario came up like if she had told her mother everything slowly, bit by bit.. Or maybe told Abhi's daadi everything.. Or even Abhi.. But every one of them ended the same way her life was now. She couldn't change anything. She was alone and she was going to be alone all her life. At least Maa had her kids, she was all alone with no one to call her own and that made her believe that she was destined to be alone. But there was one feeling stronger than the excruciating pain of her mother's death.. Hatred.. For Abhi, Aaliya and Tannu.. She was not an evil person but they had made her want to hurt them.. To make them feel what she feels right now.. But she would not do anything because she knows its not worth it.. Revenge is not worth it not because she was incapable of it but because her mother would never want her to be that person, to be so bitter, so evil. She wanted her mother to be proud of her even in her death, if she didn't then she might lose the last memory of her mother. "I am so proud of you my baby.. Your love for me makes me want to be better. Stay the same Pragya, you will get all the happiness you deserve. I love you." Her mother's last words to her. They made her feel at a certain level of peace and she would not trade it for the world.

Mehra Mansion

Abhi was sitting on the settee in the balcony where she used to sleep. Her smell still lingered on it and that was the only comfort he had these days. She was gone.. She had left him for good. That was what he wished for from the start, right? But it felt anything but right. He felt empty, it felt as if his soul had left his body but still his body wouldn't give up on life, no matter how much he wanted it to. She believes that he is her mother's killer.. A murderer.. But how could he kill the only person who treated him like a son ever since his mother left. Daadi loved him but she was his grandmother but Sarla aunty was the mother he'd lost years ago. She treated him so nicely that the void his mother's death had left in his heart was slowly starting to get filled. She was his Pragya's mother, his? Could he call her his anymore. Oh how he wished he could.. Call her his, mark her as his.. But he couldn't. She won't allow it now. What had happened in his life? He was so happy, finally. He was going to tell Pragya that he loves her, and he knew she did too then why had his life taken such a horrendous turn..

Flashback -

A month ago Bulbul had come to his studio to meet him. She'd called to ask if she could talk to him privately and so he had asked her to come to his studio. He didn't know what she wanted to talk to him about, after the whole wedding fiasco he had barely kept any contact with the Aroras' and he wanted to keep it that way but something about the way she'd asked made him want to know what she wanted to talk to him about.

Bulbul entered the studio with a determined look on her face, she came up to him, took something out of her bag and gave it to him. He looked at it wide eyed and then looked back up at her. It was a wedding card that said "Bulbul weds Suresh" "So, now that you know I am not trying to steal your sister's love, will you listen to what I have to say. "I would've listened anyway Bulbul. You didn't.." "Oh please, I know who you are exactly so stop with your little drama." That hurt. He didn't know why but it did. Bulbul was always respectful to him but the tone she just used hurt him and so, he just nodded mutely, wanting to know why she was here. "I want you to promise that you would listen to the entire thing before you come to a judgement and go ahead and hurt my sister some more." He looked up wide eyed but the look on her face was enough for him to understand that he should not argue so he agreed. "I met Purab at work. We were in the same office.." And so she went on and told him everything that happened in her life ever since she'd met Purab to the day she decided to marry Suresh and in the end she just broke down.. She cried for her shattered dreams.. For her first love that would never be complete.. For her sister.. For her mother..

Abhi just sat there numb. He was just too stumped at what Bulbul had said, it could not be true.. Because if it was then he would never be able to look at himself in the mirror. "You're lying." He said uncertainly, as if his heart won't believe those words he was saying.. His heart knew.. It always knew.. Bulbul laughed emptily and said, "I am not a Mehra who would weave lies in order to please my sadistic heart.. I am an Arora.. Bulbul Arora.. Sarla Arora's daughter.. Pragya Arora's sister.. I am telling you the truth.. The entire truth.. Which my sister and Purab had forbidden me from telling you lest you hurt me. But in the end I got hurt, didn't I? All I wanted all my life was for Pragya di to be happy but all I did was destroy her life. Maa is right, I am the one who has caused Pragya di pain." Saying that she started crying again, Abhi kept a hand on her shoulder to support her but she threw his hands away, "I don't want your pity Mr. Mehra, I want you to treat my sister better until the time my mother is fine or else I am going to your Daadi and tell her about what you put my sister through, including your affair with that Tannu. Remember if my mother or sister suffer so will you and your family." Saying that she marched out of the studio leaving a very guilty and broken Abhi behind.

He went home after that. He was about to go to Aaliya's room to tell her everything when he heard Tannu and her laughing. He didn't know why but he stayed there and listened to what they were saying. "You did the right thing by hiding Purab's real letter Tannu. If bhai had read this he would have not done all of this. He would have forgiven them and I couldn't see that happening. I did all of this to see that Pragya suffer and I couldn't let anyone come in between that, not even bhai." Aaliya said to Tannu while holding the letter in one hand sipping away her wine. Tannu smiled at her and said, "I know, if Abhi had read that letter he would've got to know that Chashmish was never at fault and I couldn't afford that. He needed to believe that she was a cheat so he would divorce her and marry me. I did not want any glitches in my plan." She took another sip of the wine and continued, "You know what the icing on the cake was, that Behenji's mother's heart attack. Initially I thought that Abhi being there is not good for me but I guess luck was in our favour." "That was why I told you to tell her mother everything, it was as if everything was in our favour that day, Pragya forgetting her phone, her mother calling her and you seeing it. It was God's gift to us." Saying that they hit there glasses and laughed away oblivious to a very angry and guilty Abhi listening to the entire thing. "I need to see the letter." Abhi thought before knocking on the door. "What's the celebration for girls?" Abhi said while walking towards them. He saw Tannu get up and hug him and kiss him on the cheek but he had eyes only for the letter which now lay on the table. He walked towards the table as if grabbing a drink while he stealthily put the letter into his pocket. "Your freedom bhai, you are finally getting rid of that Behenji." He didn't know why but hearing Aaliya call her that made him cringe. He sat there for a while making small talk so as to avoid suspicion. Then after both of them were out he left the room to go to his. He had a lot on his mind and he needed to clear his mind before he decided what he was to do next. But one thing was clear, Pragya will not suffer anymore.

I find it hard for myself to feel any pity for Abhi anymore. After his recent behaviour he really is deserving of everything he gets.

OH I just loved this but i wish Pragya cud hate him in the show like she hates him here your SS truly portrays everything that i want to happen in the show well except for Sarla's death but everything else pretty much

Loved it very much.
Bulbul did the right thing by telling the truth to Abhi.
Glad that he finally able to see Aaliyah and Tannu's real face.
Curious what is his next step going too be.
