What does Pragya want to do with her marriage?

Pragya is sticking on to the marriage for her mother's health and to save Bulbul from Abhi/Aaliyah's wrath.

Understood.

But,

Is she giving this marriage a chance? If yes, why?

Abhi has not given her one good reason to have a hope. In fact, he has done the worst possible things to hurt a wife. And given his open fling with his girlfriend, it's degrading for Pragya to even consider the guy.

But why is she being nice to him? She has started caring about him. She made digestive jal jeera for him so that he doesn't get an upset stomach. Aaj toh had ho gayi. She made his special flavoured coffee beating Daadi to it. Why?

But then, since she is hiding the truth from Abhi that she is not Purab's girlfriend and that she is not a gold digger girl, isn't she allowing him to go further in his decision to hurt her? And what will happen when he knows the truth? Wouldn't he think she played him along especially if he falls in love with her?

Abhi is a sucker for some tender love and care. He will invariably fall for her if she keeps on caring like this!

Isn't this hiding the truth a big complication for their love life later? We might see a whole track on this!

Anyways, I don't exactly get her stand on this marriage.

even i've been wondering what exactly p's stand is in this marriage

we all know where abhi stands but what is it that pragya wants

i get that she did the marriage for her mom's happiness and is hiding the truth for BB but then why is she also taking care of abhi?

i don't understand if shes trying to give her relationship a chance or if she's accepting the fact that this is her life now

currently she wants nothing in her marriage...
she is sticking with it...for her mother's health and happiness and saving her younger sister from clutches of siblings duo...

she cares for abhi becos...she has accepted her fate...nothing can change...abhi is her husband

I think it is Pragya's nature to take care of people around her.

She has done done that at home for all her family. She did the same for Rachna when she was in trouble. She even stayed engaged to Suresh so Rachna's marriage would not have any problems.

She went and fought for Rachna with Akash and supported her in her decision to keep the child.

She is a typical self sacrificing martyr that does all this so there will not be any problem for anyone if she can help it.

She is a happiest when she is the most miserable. It is a shame to see Pragya not stand up to Tannu and her shenanigans and take all the Bull Crap from Abhi as a mute

and dutiful wife when in reality she has no such title or respect from Abhi.

She is the kind of person that likes to be a doormat and get the praise of being "Mahaan" in the end.

I think she has accepted her fate that this is what marriage has in store for her and she is going to stick by it for her mother's sake (she has had enough rishtas break off as is) and for Bulbul's sake. She does not care for Abhi as yet and so has not bothered to take Tannu on. Or maybe she doesn't care enough for Abhi for it to matter to her that he is flaunting his girlfriend in her face constantly. She is playing the role of dutiful wife cos it suits her current purpose of staying married to Abhi. She is not a vengeful person so she is taking care of him since he is a guest in her home and since it is expected of her as a wife to take care of him. Her mother gestures to her to go make the coffee and if she is making it anyway, why not make it the way he likes it? She would like to keep the peace as much for her sake as for the sake of not upsetting the apple cart. As she clearly tells him, she does things because it pleases her and not to please anyone else.

If Pragya wants to be a dutiful wife, the first thing she needs to do is to reveal the truth to her husband and stop him from sinning further more.

I understand she is in a tricky situation, but she shouldn't complicate it further for herself and him by this emotional attachments.

I guess this is what the creatives want to present us. Abhi hopelessly in love but still under MU, Pragya getting hurt by him every single day because of his MU. Makes good drama.

It was not exactly the coffee making that made me feel this way- but actually running with cup and making sure he drank it! And then acknowledging his appreciation.. aankhon aannkoh mein.. they did have a little convo there!

I have not watched yday epi yet just read the WU...

And now with Bulbul knowing the truth, it will be interesting to see how it goes from here... most probably, if bb tells pragya , pragya will ask bb not to reveal the truth... But will BB keep quiet n do nothing seeing her sis is in trouble bcoz of her...

ok now coming to the topic, pragya knows the truth n shes seeing abhi giving in bcoz of his dadi insistence... abhi would have walked out from pragya hse anytime he wants but he stays put there n complaining only to pragya n treating all others well... not diff for abhi to walk out n do wat he likes... some how I feel abhi likes to be loved & indirectly hes getting it from pragyas family... I think he does like the attention he gets...I think pragya did say sorry to abhi coz of my family I cant let u go away from this rasam thing.

Pragya is shown as being nice to neighbour, a blind woman crossing road... etc... shes naturally nice... N on top of that she knows the truth why Abhi is doing all this... So she will be nice to abhi...the epi day before when she sees the tie, she remember suresh... I think shes still sad of all happening n she has always wanted simple life...

But overall I do feel pragya will like to make this marriage happen but abhi wanting to break after one year to be with tannu will be a big hit for her...

There is one point we all seem to miss and that is that the story needs to go forward with the misunderstanding for a little while.

Abhi will do all that is mean and uncomfortable to Pragya and Pragya will tolerate all

that is meted out to her.

So when the MU is cleared then the ball is going to be in Pragya's court and Abhi will be the one with all the guilt and look for forgiveness from Pragya.

This dance has been done before by many mismatched couples that are forced into marriage for reasons beyond their control.

And we will never see a woman that will stand up for her self respect and self esteem

and never see her teach her so called husband a lesson in not to treat women that can be toyed with for their so called ego and MU.

This story is not going to be any different than all the ones we have seen before.

If the TRP's go up with this MU track then it will be prolonged for some time and if it does not then we will see it end with both realizing that ... "Ahh !! we are in love after all"...

Pragya is fictious...not for real...Any other girl...High time the rockstar and his two bandhariyas get a slap across their faces.

Pragya's ever fainting mom and her love ke side effects mare sister are currently making her life a hell. She is silent for their sake. Well taking care of others around her is their in her script, I mean characterization so she simply cannot avoid doing that.

What she wants from the marriage - I think Nothing. She might be presently thinking only about saving her sister from the clutches of chudail Aliya.
