Actor couple Kanchi Kaul and Shabbir Ahluwalia became parents of a baby boy on Friday midnight.

Shabbir, who had earlier told us that he would have loved a baby girl, said, "I had wanted one of both, a boy and a girl. But all that matters now is that the baby is healthy. I texted my friends with a little poem soon after he was born."

The actor, who is currently seen in telly show Kumkum Bhagya, does not plan to take up more work for now. On asking if Kanchi will also take a long break, he said, "As of now, both of us will celebrate for a long time."

Guys,

SBS has Shabbir's interview!!! All about his baby..

When he came to the sets.. bhabhi, daadi all hugging him congratulating him.. and sharing sweets.

He looked tired but so happy.

He said stayed up the night for delivery.. He is afraid to hold the baby because he is so tiny.. (typical Papaa lol).. he is like baby bahut gora hain, color is on Kanchi...

It seems he more played with his cheeks and toes..not really pick him up..

And he said he will be a big bro to his son and grow up with him...Because he feels he hasn't grown up...

And he said it feel so good to say I am gonna go back and chill/play with him..
