Yes I will surely try to participate in the discussion on the topic... And the habit of stopping at cliffhangers is a good quality of a writer... even I love to do that... it gains excitement from the readers and has them tied to the story...

Shirls, the way you have given a start to this OS, i find it very interesting cos the idea and discussion to the new law for passive euthanasia is very new concept and very few of us knows it. For me, sitting here in Chicago has the least knowledge of it's implementation there in India. For sure, this law is full of controversies and nothing is much confirmed as to when to use the drug and when is the right time. Definitely it wud lead to many suicides and even murders.

FYI, Passive euthanasia (shutting off the life support system) is legal in India since 2011,

The discussion between Ashu, Mallika and other docs clearly states that all is not well with the execution of this law. The healthy debate gives an impression how Ashu is totally against it, and for him this is the loss of faith in docs and their capabilities. Later the discussion lead to Nidhi's Pov and i loved her saying the minute views that no one have yet thought for.

I am glad u liked the discussion. esp. nidz' POV.

Nidhi and Ashu are living a satisfactory life and their marriage has given them faith, love and understanding for each other. Now as Nidhi is all prepared to start a family that Ashu wished for past one year, i do think that she is already pregnant. Meanwhile i loved Mallika's friendship with her strengthening that even they privately tease Ashu and left no moment to blink to each other. 😉The informal talks liked and am happy that after her divorce from Jagan, she is living lively than before and finds happiness in Ashni's company too.

Yes AshNi have been experiencing marital bliss and are on the verge of starting a family, i,e. their paradise. So you think shes already expecting? hmm,.. lets see.. good to hear that u likedc this mallika and her new friendship with both..

Loved a raising issue and a new concept with a theme of shud the new law a filling or it can change the scenario. Hope that the docs won't accept it cos they have faith in their noble job and their abilities. But to what extent? 😳

Yeah.. the question here is whether euthanasia should be legalized?
