Hey Thank you, they want me to join asap.

& my boss is not ready to relieve me so soon so as had to manage it from my paid leave had compensated for notice period.

see na now my boss has cum up with new thing he his telling me to serve 3 months notice period...

no re no break... I thought 1st abt it nt possible...

There can never be 3 month notice period .. Logic is .. There is a need for A person so he or she is hired ..

U should tell.. If the new company has to wait for that much time .. Then why would they ever need me..

The bright side is ur current manager likes your work.. That is a great thing

I know daily now a days he is giving me dose, now in 2 half will have to sit with him & discuss abt it...

I just hope & pray everything settles down properly...
