Sony with my experience I feel that whosoever it may be elder or younger

galti karta hai toh use oos time voh sahi kar raha hai iselagta hai.

So that time I prefer to keep quiet.

If the deed is such that it might affect the persons around or the person himself / herself,

I wait for proper opportunity to explain him /her how he /she was incorrect that time.

With his cool mind that time the person realises the mistake and there are more than 90% chances that the mistake is not repeated in future.

For that matter I am elder to my children and sometimes it so happens that I am at fault. But when my childrenmake me realise it, I always think overand improve myself.

Depends on nature of elders and how close relation you share with them Soniji. If the elder takes it positively if someone tries to correct them when they are wrong, then you can go ahead but when they feel hurt/angry and situations worsen even more than it's better to keep quiet and let them do what they wish to. 😊 Moreover, a closely related elder like parents wouldnt feel bad if we say something to them, but with other elders in family - grandparents, uncles/aunts, in-laws we cannot bluntly oppose them always.
