Hmm In India, the society is still male dominated we really need to change that and that really starts from home.. Empowerment in the sectors like education(most important), work force and household(not only as home maker, a women is much much more than a homemaker)... Equal opportunity in work, education and equal pay is what we need!!

What is education and self employment mean for you?

Education is VERY VERY IMPORTANT... it actually gives you perpective, stimulates the mind and allows you to contribute to the society and above all it give you peace of mind... and self employment is most important in today's world you really cant depend on other and better you help them in making the life better !!

Is freedom to woman creates a problem?

NO but the society does, I don't say women don't deserve freedom but the society never approves a woman's freedom...
