But to share some inside info, KPji once told me that I had no clue how hard he had to work to make MB agree to do some scenes...I always thought it had to with romance...now I would like to give the benefit of the doubt to MB...maybe he was protesting over the crappy tracks and KPji bludgeoned him into agreeing..

Seriously though, when an actor can put his or her foot down on tracks that he or she feels will affect his/ her professional or personal interests, I do not see why at least half the effort cannot be applied to ridiculous trash that they very well know will be hurtful to audience sentiments..particularly at a time when the show is about to wrap!

I agree with all who have posted their comments here...whether it is KTLK 2 or whatever,I would like to see the lead pair SK and KK...I am 100% sure their on screen chemistry is unique...whether romance, fihgting, nayanon ke bhasha, what they transmit is unexplicable...I would love to see TEREORE or TUMSEHI in Indian TV with SK & KK...😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃

Even with SK we got some many weeks of pointless episodes where the focus on AshNI was lost.

I also noted we have to scream for romance time and again..

So it is the director who calls the shots. So i would think the onus would rest on the writer- director...

screenplay writers too... When they think of a track shouldn't it be approved by somebody first.. They rest may choose to follow...

But who approves the track??

@sujata, Kamlesh pandey said this about MB to you on a public forum????Gosh he should be sued for tarnishing the image of a well known actor...this Kamlesh pandey I tell you doesn't know professional etiquette...even if he is pushed to a corner, he has commitment to his actors, isn't it...may be as a rependence he wants to do a female oriented film with Kritika...hope KK has some sense and stays away from that crap... the lousy Khushi track is only attributable to him..it was her dialogues rather than her actions made fans hate her...

Sorry I don't think actors have any say in the story or turn of events...I remember a veteran actor once stated that sometimes they are restricted and cannot object due to inherent constraints...why should SK who will be shuttling btn sets object and remind the writer about the birthday blooper, the writer doesn't understand that when he wrote the dialogues...is it a crime to expect little bit of inteligence from the writer...

The channel people definitely know what has gone wrong in the serial from BD's,crappy storylines to the actress not agreeing to do certain kind of role(if it is true)...So they will decide accordingly.Sony supported this show bec they had purchased the rights of DK adaptation but season-2 will deffo need proper thinking & planning coz the serial has a very restricted storyline.
Once I had read KPji's reply on FB updates where he had said that he will stay in drivers seat even though The Jhas had taken over story writing...so even though he may not be entirely responsible but he definitely has played a big role in storyline.Who can forget Khushi's dialogues & actions? & once he had said that Mallika was not punished bec she was in love!So definitely the writer has failed big time in ktlk.He may be a successful film writer but here he couldn't do proper justice to the storyline.I don't think that the channel would have stopped him from punishing Mallika,Aditya etc & neither they would insist on turning a 8-9 yr old girl into a scheming person esp when a cute girl was rocking another show BALH on the same channel.
