nice post and i thought to share with you some of my personal exp in my college life which can be used here...
in ktlk 1 the lead pair after a few inter actions start realizing the attraction...instead they should get to know each other in a slow process while managing various cases.
scene - it is 12.30 in the night. there are two drs in emergency dr A sr resident and dr Nidhi intern.
its a light duty tonight and all are doing masti...sheroshayri, jokes an singing and eating snacks...
suddenly a call from Gomati nagar comes that there has been a major RTA and asking to send ambulance so that about 4-5 cases with various degrees of injury can be shifted to KGH.

Every body gears up to tackle the patients...radiology ,ot,pathology and B B are informed to be ready.
Sr surgeon dr B is also called with anesthesiologist. Within half an hour 5 pts are brought in . .two had minor abrasions and cuts...but remaining 3 had major injuries...mainly of orthopedic type. One pt was unconscious with no apparent external injury dr A and Nidhi were on the toes and were helping the sr surgeon very skillfully in dressing, starting iv fluids getting x-rays done.
the unconscious pt was thought to be a case of head injury .Nidhi sends the pt for immediate ct scan of head...she goes with him...while scanning the pt goes into cardioresp arrest...nidhi manages this very effectively (intubation, cardic massage and nor adrenalin and steroid) and brings him to ot directly ... on the way to ot she calls for sr neuro surgeon dr Ashu bec the pt had massive sub dural haematoma and needed to be drained out.

Dr Ashutosh -omg this guy is lucky to be still alive. such a big haematoma!...common move fast every body . and who is going to assist me?
Nidhi (very much afraid of dr heardston) thinks of escaping but knew that other drs were managing the other two serious pts-me sir!
Ashu looks at nidhi with downcast eyes-hmmm.you better be alert...no mistake will be tolerated.
both get scrubbed...enter the ot. ashu-dr where is your cap?nidhi-touches head and says sorry and goes for cap...she again gets scrubbed and enters the ot. ashu-dr your mask is beneath you nose ,dont you know how to use it in the ot? nidhi pulls up the mask and again she has to get scrubbed. mean while ashu has started bur holing the skull with the help of a sister.
nidhi joins midway trembling .within an hour the procedure is complete...pt shifted to icu.

ashu comes out and takes a look in the casualty. nidhi follows him.
there he comes to know how nidhi managed the case of hd injury during scan.he turns to take a proper look at nidhi .his deep penetrating eyes notice a a girl with dark brown eyes trying to communicate something without saying any thing. he remembers those eyes.
(guys such types of few encounters followed by subtle convo should be added. this really happened with me and .remembering that incidence we all laugh even today. i scrubbed 4 times before i could start assisting. anesthetist,ot staff every one was having a good laugh at me. cap could hve been put on my hd by some sis in ot , but no every time i used my scrubbed hands and had to wash again an again) Mudraji writing is not my cup of tea but many hilarious incidence do happen in day to day practice...they definitely add tadka to the story and from here arises a real time story of falling in love of ashni. Sujatha can put it in a better way.

Sure... this type of incidents enhance the quality...👏

yes Dr Babs...it was Ganesh Visarjan stampede...Ashu gives her mentos so that she doesn't get nauseated or puke after seeing the mangled bodies.
