A special note:

We all know very well how and why KTLK-1 could not get TRPs... we dont need to remind ourselves about it now... then why are we after KTLK-2... I think we should be clear about it...before we proceed further..

KTLK started and maintained the middle class environment... educated people... clean scenes...well dressed characters (you know why I said this)... many urban educated girls could connect with this... Then, may be many didnot appreciate the age-gap initially ...but, if the story moved ahead with the same theme...(instead of succumbed to Mallika's histrionics) probably it would have grabbed everybody's attention...

Instead of working on this, the show makers have tried with the cheap tricks shown else where...
a project started with decent beginnings but tried converting to something B-grade...would never yield any results..

Many urban middle class households (the potential viewers) have to retire early to catchup with the next day...So many may not even know ..that there is a show existing at all...

We are expecting something better in similar lines to KTLK-1 but not the exact leap...it is only a season 2 ...need not be the extension or leap of the earlier...

We are looking to protect the basic story line... We want a change in the current TV show genre... We want to get out of the hare-brained ideas of saas-bahu.. We want to see, substantial characterization of even the side characters... here we were promised this aspect... here DB, Rangu, Anji, Shyama are only supporting characters... but one cannot expect any story without them... Mandira was hardly in two episodes... we couldnt forget her...


So in all, Friends... KTLK was followed by niche audience... who want to retain the basic essence...
It is our responsibility and duty to take the flag forward...

Looking forward for KTLK- Season 2.. and please help ourselves building new tomorrow in lifting up our TV show standards...
