I personally feel a woman can have her own identity. So it's simply Dr. Nidhi for me. No maiden or marital name.

Agree - it would be sweet and it would not lead to any one else being unaware of Ashni relation...We already have had 3 cases of misunderstanding - Ahana, (Deba's ) Amar and Dr Dubey...
