Three questions on Ashutosh!

I want to ask three questions -

1. What would Ashutosh gain by hiding Mallika's pregnancy from Nidhi?

2. What would Ashu gain by clandestine meetings with Mallika?

3. WIll it actually be possible for Ashu to keep such meetings secret from Nidhi?

I dont think he is consciously hiding..it is the hype on the forum

Nothing... I dont think he wish to do that even

2. Ashutosh fully knows what encouraging Mallika could lead to...his pretty much curt behaviour indicates that..

I know I set the question paper but what is the harm in attempting to answer it...all the better when I have three answer papers for reference as well 😉

Assuming he will indeed hide this from Nidhi, I can think of two possibilities..

One, like Tanu pointed out, he may not want her to feel pressurized on the baby issue...

second, he may feel that if Nidhi knows this truth she may ask for Mallika to be brought home since Mallika needs constant care and attention ( I know this is extreme but still)...Ashu knows Nidhi is very large-hearted...the woman who did not think twice before sending him after Mallika to save her from Jagan is capable of bringing Mallika home to save her and her child from Jagan...however, this would not be an easy situation...and while her intentions maybe noble, it would put Nidhi under extreme discomfort and pain..Ashu would not want that and hence he may not tell her...


2. What would Ashu gain by clandestine meetings with Mallika?

Nothing really...he knows he is only setting himself up for disaster if he does this...but, if he does not tell Nidhi, then he maybe forced to visit Mallika to ensure her safety once in a way or if there is an emergency..

however from a story point of view, I don't see the sense in this since the baby is not his...besides Nidhi already knows he has put her up in a safe place..so there is no major surprise element...


3. WIll it actually be possible for Ashu to keep such meetings secret from Nidhi?

a big NO..logistically and emotionally!

Thanks Alka...you are saying he would do this for Nidhi's happiness and to avoid fights...but does he not know that it will completely destroy all her happiness and cause more fights if he does this?
