Hi friends...Today is Saturday and having some free time I thought I would share some thoughts on the current track with u all...
It is true that all of us are upset at Mallika's return in Ashni's life...Not only has she left Jagan and come back but the condition in which she has returned and the timing of her return does not bode well for Ashni...
At the start Mallika was shown not only as a clever Doctor but a humane one also...She stood up for the interns and showed a good side of her also...Later when she realised Ashu was in love with Nidhi we saw the bad side of her also...She made several attempts to separate the two, and played underhand tricks to do that...She even blackmailed Ashu into marrying her by returning the house to him...Then finally when nothing worked she agreed to marry Jagan...That also was indirectly a way to blackmail Ashu to come and stop her from marrying him...When nothing worked she married him and went off to States/America...
Now we see her back after being mentally and physically tortured by Jagan...How can anyone with average intelligence accept that a woman like Mallika would tolerate such behaviour from her husband? Does she look the type to be browbeaten into submission like a village belle? What stopped her from tasking the first flight out of that place and coming back home? Or even why did she not hand him over to the police fro wife-beating? I am sure there are laws in the States that are pretty strict regarding this issue!
Ok so she did not go to the police but came back to Lucknow...Then why did she not go home? After all that was her house...And if I remember correctly she had told Aditya that she had so much money that if he lot his job she would be able to look after him and his family for life...(Her dialogue when she insisted that Aditya call in Baba's loan with immediate effect)...What happened to all that money?
Apparently she has lost her mental balance...But that does not stop her from clinging onto Ashu all the time...Where are her Brother and SIL? This is the time when Sultry Sue should be giving her Mardology expert advise...But she (and he hubby) have conveniently gone missing...
Coming to Ashu's behaviour...I posted after Wednesday's episode and am again reiterating the fact that Ashu's excessive concern for Mallika and his behaviour towards and with her does not appeal to me at all...Agreed she is a very good friend of his and he cares for her kike a true friend...But that does not mean he should forget that he is a married man now...and how would his wife react when she sees him showering so much affection on Mallika...That also since Nidhi is well aware that Mallika loves Ashu and had wanted to marry him bu hook or by crook...Ashu appreciating Nidhi's goodness/greatness of heart is one thing but I personally think he should consider what impression his behaviour towards Mallu could have on his young very new wife...
I can only say one thing...Dr Ashutosh put urself in Nidhi's shoes and think how u would feel if ur wife fell all over her friend Rohan and showed so much affection and care for him as u are doing for Mallu...
As for the CVs...I simply can't understand the purpose behind this track...Mallika's return would have been most welcome if she had come back to India, deceived, hurt but still ready to face life bravely and rejoined KGH...She could have then reverted to her old self and tried to separate Ashni but with subtlety and possibly using devious ways (which she is so good at)...And how nidhi would stand upto her tricks and strengthen her and Ashu's bond...That would have made interesting viewing for us all... This Mallika just does not make sense...at least not to me...Just hope the CVs change this track soon and make it seem more logical in some way or the other...
Sorry for having bored u all on a Saturday but just wanted to share my feelings...
