Part 4

Anji sees Nidhi smiling and cuts her thought by sayin ' Oh Hello..tu hospital gayi thi ya pagal khane.. '

Nidhi - ' Hospital..kyun.. '

Anji - ' Toh phir yeh akhele kaanch ko dekh ke kyun muskura rahi hai..kahin tu pagal toh nahi.. '

Nidhi - ' Kya anji..tu bhi na..actually Dr. Ashutosh ne mujhe aaj haste hue dekha.. '

Anji - ' Toh..isme kya hai.. '

Nidhi - ' Nahi..unhone kaha ki main haste hue achi dikhti hun.. '

Anji - ' Toh..isme kya hai..yeh toh main bhi tujhe hamesha kehthi hu..aur koi na koi kisi na kisi koh yeh kehta rehta hai.. '

Nidhi then does realise that why is it that she is thinkin of Dr. Ashutosh so much..she switches the topic to fashion and talks to Anji..

Meanwhile Ashu reaches home and opens his diary..he doesnt know what to write but writes down that today's day is one of the saddest day as my Baba left me..but i was smiling today !! Its coz of the new intern Nidhi and her talks which made me smile..he is interupted by Armaan..

Armaan - ' Kya be..kya kar raha hai..oh ho..diary likhi jaa rahi hai..zara humhe bhi dikha kya likh raha hai.. '

Ashu - ' Kya Armaan..tu bhi na..meri zindagi khud ek kitaab ban gayi hai.. '

Armaan - ' Oh Ashu..tu us baat ko bhul ja..aaj Baba ki baat ko 8 saal ho chuke hai..tu aaj Lucknow ka sabse bada neuro-surgen hai..tu ek kaam kar..tu shaadi kar le.. '

Ashu - ' Kya..shaadi..aur main..tu jaanta hai Armaan ki main kisi se rishta nahi rakhna chahta..main apni is duniya main khush hun.. '

Armaan - ' Khush..aur tu..teri khushi in aansu main mujhe dikh rahi hai..dekh..ek baat yaad rakh..bagwaan ke ghar main dher hai, andher nahi..ek na ek din koi na koi teri zindagi main bhi khushi ban ke aayegi..dekhna tu.. '

Ashu ( in tears ) and Nidhi ( smiling ) are shown in different frames side by side and BG says kya Ashu sach main kisi se koi rishta nahi rakhega ya bagwaan ki kuch aur hi marzi hai..

Next morning Mallika is at her house and seeing her college pics..she sees Ashu's pic and thinks that its been 12 yrs since she loves him..but yet he doesnt accept it..she tells to herself that today also she will give it another try..she calls up Ashu..

Mallika - ' Hello Ashutosh..kahan ho.. '

Ashu - ' Ghar par..bus hospital ke liye hi nikal raha tha.. '

Mallika - ' Ek kaam karo..mujhe pickup karlo..fir hum kisi hotel main jaake chay piyenge.. '

Ashu - ' K..as u wish.. '

Ashu picks up Mallika and they are at a hotel having tea..

Mallika - ' Ashutosh..main tumse kuch zaruri baat karna chahti thi.. '

Ashu - ' Bolo..kya hua..sab tik hai na.. '

Mallika - ' Main humari shaadi ke baare main soch rahi thi.. '

Ashu - ' Dekho Mallika..main iske baare main pehle bhi keh chuka hun..tum meri sabse achi dost ho..lekin main shaadi ke baare main nahi soch sakta.. '

Mallika - ' Lekin kyun Ashutosh.. '

Ashu - ' Tum jaanti ho..mere dil main ab pyar nahi sirf nafrat hai..main tumhe pyar nahi de sakhunga..Aur is baat ko yahi katam karte hain..and lets leave..or else ill be late today.. '

They leave but Mallika doesnt seem happy..she has a pain in her heart hearing Ashu's words..

At the hospital Nidhi has already reached and is in the childrens ward..the children seem upset as they hate medicines..but Nidhi starts making them feel comfortable by jokes and stories..

Meanwhile Ashu passing by overhears the happiness in the childrens ward..he notices that the childrens are happy and its due to Nidhi..he doesnt know whether to leave or go in..he stands and listens carefully and smiles..he feels that Nidhi's best suited for the childrens ward..he leaves asking Nidhi to come to his cabin..

Nidhi is a bit afraid as she is again needed in his cabin..she walks trembling..knocks and goes in..

Nidhi - ' Yes Sir.. '

Ashu - ' Toh tumhe childrens ward main acha lag raha hai.. '

Nidhi - ' Ha sir..kyun? '

Ashu - ' Isliye..kyunki tumhari internship ke baad tumhari duty childrens ward main hogi.. '

Nidhi is too happy and runs to Ashu and takes his hand in her hand and thanks him..

Ashu is taken back and doesnt know wat to do and tells her that its ok and she leaves..

Ashu keeps staring at his hand..

Whereas Nidhi comes out of his cabin in joy and bumps into Dr. Ranganath, the Assistant Administrator..
