Part 9

Nidhi is shocked to see Ashu leaving like this..she leaves for home in a dilemma..

Ashu reaches the beach which he usually visits wen he feels dejected..he goes to his usual rock and rests there..he looks at the waves with lots of depression in his eyes..he removes a photo of his Baba and asks..

Ashu - ' Kyun Baba..aisa kyun kiya aapne..maine aisi kya khata ki aapne mujhe chod diya..plz Baba..wapis aa jayiye.. '

He has tears in his eyes..he looks up at the clouds and tells..

Ashu - ' Wah bagwan..kya khel khela hai mere saath..pehle mujhe anat kar diya gaya..fir jisne mujhe apnaya woh bhi mujhe chod ke chale gaye..aur kitna dukh doge..abh toh mujhe apne paas bula lo.. '

Just then he hears..

Mallu - ' Wah..bahut ache..apne dost ko yahan chod ke tum wahan bagwan ke paas jane chahte ho.. '

Ashu - ' Aur kya karu Mallika..mujhe duniya ne diya hi kya..tum, Armaan, kaka aur is dukh ke alawa aur kaun hai mera.. '

Mallu - ' Ashu..tum yeh baat kar rahe ho..jo desh ka sabse jaana maana neuro-surgen hai..jo dusro ke ilag karke unhe zindagi deta hai aaj woh Ashutosh marne ki baat kar raha hai.. '

Ashu - ' Aur kya karu Mallika..aaj sab kuch hote hue bhi woh khushi nahi hai..woh akelapan aaj bhi hai..

Mallu - ' Ashu..meri baat manlo..shaadi kar lo..tumhari humsafar hi yeh akelepan ke dukh ko dur kar sakti hai.. '

Ashu - ' No Mallika..never..ab mujhe koi bhi rista pe aitbaar nahi hai.. '

Mallu - ' Hamare riste par bhi nahi.. '

Ashu - ' Ek dosti ka hi toh rista hai jispe aitbaar hai.. '

Mallu - ' Toh is dost ke kaatir ek baat maan lo..shaadi karlo Ashu.. '

Ashu - ' Nahi Mallika..mere is dil main ab koi aur riste ke liye jagah nahi..main apne is akelepan se khush hun..ab khushi ke liye main agle janam ke liye intezar karunga.. ' '

Mallu - ' Aisa mat kaho..uparwale par barosa karo.. '

Ashu - ' Kis upar wale ki baat kar rahi ho Mallika..us upar wale ke liye toh maine ek shayari likhi hai..

" Humhe unse koi sikayat nahi,
Shayad hamari kismat me chahat nahi,
Meri taqdeer ko likh kar to upar wala bhi mukar gaya,
Pucha to bola yeh meri likhawat nahi hai.. "

Mallu - ' Ab tumne mujhe kuch kehne ke liye choda hi nahi..chalo..isse bhul jao..kam se kam is dost ke saath juice pine toh chaloge.. '

Ashu smiles and agrees..

Mallika wipes Ashu's tears and they leave..

Mallu and Ashu are having juice at a juice corner..

Mallu - ' Yaad hai Ashutosh..London main humara juice corner.. '

Ashu - ' Ha Mallika..woh kaise bhul sakta hun..pata nahi maine tumhe juice pilake kitna ka karcha utaya hoga.. '

Mallu - ' Wah..tumhe apne paise ki padi hai na..aur mere khaana ka kya..maine kitne baar tumhare liye kya kya special banaya tha..yaad hai.. '

Ashu - ' Ha Mallika..woh sab kaise bhul sakta hun..woh time kitna acha tha..aur aaj.. '

Mallu - ' Chalo..bhul jao..chale..aur aaj bhi juice tumhari taraf se hi hai na.. '

Both smile and leave..

Meanwhile Nidhi is pondering on how Ashu left in anger..she doesnt know what to do..she thinks of calling him but declines the idea as she thinks he might be angry on something and decides to ask him tommorrow the matter..

Ashu reaches home and is changing when he finds a set of earings in his pockets..he remembers that its Nidhi and keeps it in his cupboard and decides to return the next day but he forgets to take the earings with him..

Its next day, Nidhi reaches the hospital when Sandhya ( recoptionist ) informs her that Dr. Ashutosh has asked her to meet him right away..

Nidhi goes to Ashu's cabin and realises that he is angry..

Ashu - ' Hello Nidhi..tum aagayi..kitne baje hai..zara gadi dekh ke batana.. '

Nidhi - ' Sir..woh.. '

Ashu - ' Sir yeh woh kya..i asked u the time.. '

Nidhi - ' Sir..10 baje hai.. '

Ashu - ' Ok..and what time are u to report at the hospital.. '

Nidhi - ' 9 baje sir.. '

Ashu - ' Thats it Nidhi..ur in the medical field..we cant be late by a second..i hope ur trying to understand..i have tolerated it twice but not now..no excuses next time..i cant tolerate indiscipline..do u understand.. '

Nidhi - ' Yes sir.. '

Ashu - ' Ok..u can leave..and todays presentation is on u if u remember..ru ready with it.. '

Nidhi -' Yes sir..im ready with it.. '

Ashu - ' K..wait in the seminar room..ill arrive and all the best.. '

Nidhi leaves and she completely forgets that she had to enquire on yesterdays Ashu's sudden change..but she completely forgets abt it and leaves..

Nidhi completes her seminar and meets Mallika on her way..

Mallu - ' Hello Nidhi..kaisi ho.. '

Nidhi - ' Hello Dr. Mallika..main achi hun..aap kaise hain.. '

Mallu - ' Im totally fine..and that was a good seminar back there.. '

Nidhi - ' Thank u..waise aapki aur Dr. Ashutosh ke madat ke wajah se main yeh kar paayi hun..warna nahi kar paati.. '

Mallu - ' Not at all..yeh toh tumhari mehnat ka kaam hai..aur woh bacha..Khanna ka beta..he is doing alright..aaj ek khoon ki bottle chadayenge..2 din use rakhenge observation ke liye..then he will be discharged.. '

Nidhi - ' K Dr. mallika..main ussi ke paas ja rahi thi.. ' '

Both leave..

Nidhi goes to Khanna's son and has a chat on the happening..they are having good time..

Just then Ashu and Mallu come to have a check on the kid..

Mallu - ' Nidhi..if ull us excuse us for a second..ek injection dena hai.. '

Nidhi - ' Tik hai.. '

The kid insists that Nidhi stays there..

Kid - ' Nidhi Didi..aap ruko na..mujhe injection se dar lagta hai..plz.. '

Mallu - ' Beta..kuch nahi hai.. '

Ashu - ' Ha Beta..Mallika injection acha lagati hai..tumhe kuch feel nahi hoga.. '

Kid - ' Nahi..main chahta hun Didi yahin ruke.. '

Mallu - ' Lekin.. '

Ashu - ' Tik hai..Nidhi..ruk jao.. '

Nidhi indicates to Mallu to be ready with the injection while she distracts the kid..

Nidhi - ' Are..kuch nahi hoga..Mallikaji aisa injection lagaenge ke tumhe pata bhi nahi jalega.. '

By now Mallika had finshed with the injection..

Nidhi - ' Dekha..tumhe pata chala kya..injection lag gaya.. '

Kid - ' Kya..lag gaya..sachi..thank u Nidhi Didi.. '

Nidhi - ' Mujhe kyun thank u bol rahe ho..injection toh Dr. Mallika ne lagaya hai.. '

Mallika - ' Ha Nidhi..par tumhare bina yeh itna aasan nahi hota.. '

Ashu - ' Mujhe pata nahi tha ke bacho ko injection aise dete hain.. '

Nidhi - ' Sir..bache sui se darte hain..lekin agar unka dyan baatenge toh unko injection dena aasan ho jata hai.. '

Ashu - ' Oh..lagta hain ab mujhe meri intern se injection lagana sikhna padega.. '

Nidhi doesnt know whether to take Ashu's comment as a compliment or otherwise..

Just then Ashu gets a call and leaves..

Mallika and Nidhi too leave..

At the Verma's..

Baba - ' Bua..aaj Nidhi ki Maa zinda hoti toh woh kitna khush hoti..aaj Nidhi apna MBBS pura karke ek jaane maane neuro-surgen ke under apna internship kar rahi hai.. '

Bua - ' Ha Yograj..woh khush toh bahut hoti..lekin, mujhe yakeen hai woh upar se dekh rahi hai aur khush bhi hai..lekin woh aur bhi khush hogi jab apni bache ke haath main mehandi dekhegi.. '

Baba - ' Main kuch samjha nahi Bua.. '

Bua - ' Main Nidhi ki shaadi ke baare main baat kar rahin hun..doctor banne ke baad ek yahin kaam reh jayega na.. '

Baba - ' Abhi uske baare main kuch socha nahi hai..abhi uske liye bahut time hai Bua..aaram se soch lenge.. '

Bua - ' Tik hai.. '

At KGH..

Nidhi is having her lunch at the canteen when Ranga comes up..

Ranga - ' Hello Dr. Nidhi..akele akele lunch kiya jaa raha hai huh.. '

Nidhi - ' Aayiye Dr. Ranganath..aap hi ki kami thi.. '

Ranga - ' Toh aapne mujhe miss kiya.. '

Nidhi - ' Aap kabhi is flirt karne se thakte nahi kya.. '

Ranga - ' Agar main thak gaya toh aap jaise hasino ki tarif kaun karega.. '

Nidhi - ' Oh ho..kya dialouge maara hai..kitno ko suna chuke hain yeh aap.. '

Ranga - ' Well..aap pehli ho..lekin yeh main Anji ji ko sunana chahtha tha.. '

Nidhi - ' Oh ho..toh isliye aap yahan aaye hai.. '

Ranga - ' Ha..zara apne frnd Anji ji ke baare main toh bataiye.. '

Nidhi - ' Koi fayda nahi..woh in sab main dilchazbi nahi rakti.. '

Ranga - ' Acha..toh kisme dilcahzbi rakthi hai aapki frnd.. '

Nidhi - ' Well..woh fashion designing main dichazbi rakthi hai.. '

Ranga - ' Isliye main sochun unki dressing kitni achi hai.. '

Nidhi - ' Acha..aap sochte bhi hai.. '

Nidhi smiles after this and Ranga has to leave as Ashu calls him..

not a prob..glad u liked it..actually i have thought of my later parts but not able to pen down coz of personal and health issues..had subsided 2 days back..but yesterday its gone to worse again..🤢
