You know in banking industry, when a branch head of a bank branch is posted out and new branch head takes over is a very interesting time to observe. There is a takeover report to be sent to Head Office. The incoming guy goes through every loan account nay practically dissects the entire loan portfolio and, problems/errors are pointed out in practically every account, even the best of accounts. Branch staff also want to curry favour with the new guy so they volunteer information either directly or cryptically in their own long term interest. All the issues are sought to be laid at the doorstep of the outgoing so that the new guy can have as longer a honeymoon period as possible and everyone can benefit from it. This takeover phase becomes very dirty when the existing guy is not just leaving the branch but the organisation itself. I have seen two really dirty takeovers of branch and one acquisition. I have seen sanest of people breaking down and give in to this 'Blame Sid' game. This happens in every sphere. David Cameroon did it to Gordon Brown brutally. I dont know any of the parties personally here but I find it difficult to take anyone on face value.

I frankly am looking forward to a new actor playing Dr. Ashutosh cause MB had absolutely no chemistry with kk and one could feel the awkwardness of their scenes together. That is not how real relationships work. It had nothing to do with his age, it was his attitude.

Dear All,

here we are discussing everything based on the post by one of the members of KTLK. It is heartfelt because we are all worried about all those 150 unit members who are badly effected. It is true, when the show is heavily depended on the lead and he has quit. Mr NP is also one of those sufferers.

But, how did we come to a conclusion that it is the mistake of the lead and not the PH/SET or viceversa. It is hard to think the decisions of this nature are taken for the sake of some petty issues...as both the parties are veterans in this field...

This is purely the end result of the ugly fight and mistakes committed by both the parties...Both of them knew the mammoth of the repercussions...

Do they involve every other member of the unit in these fights...seriously I guess not...So it is not correct to blame only one party...we IF members have been always neutral and had impartial discussions...

Yes.. atleast for the sake of the beautiful love story ( once it was promised ) or for the sake of all those lower grade unit members who are the direct sufferers in this power game,
I pray to God that replacement should be successful and the show should be successful.
