Now that Ashni are fully aware of the kind of situation they are in vis-a-vis society and nidhi's family, what should be their next step.

i feel that since the serial has to go on for a long time, it would be better if they didn't let the cat out of the bag so soon. But, I fear thats going to happen v. soon as NiHan bomb is just waiting to explode on them.

I think, Nidz should go about convincing them in an round about way, i mean, thru Mandy. She should try to win Mandy and her family the acceptance into the family and society. That way, she can serve her own purpose while helping out Mandy. That way, if her family can accept one such relationship, Ashni wont have much of a problem getting them to accept theirs.

The only problem with this theory is that Ashu won't have any role in it. Thats one reason why its loses its charm.

So, what do you guys think? What should/would Ashni do next?

I agree... i think... by trying to make DB see reason.. n trying to reconcile Mandy-DB... she can also.. guage n try n convince.. her family about age gap relations ...!

But yes.. Nihan bomb will explode n only way to buy time is by making Nidhi.. wanting to work a while before settling down...

Good post Shirley...only thing i was wondering where did Mandira go ???

And r we going to see entry of her husband and children...or is it only going to be Mandy who will be around...

Changing DBs mind and convincing her is not going to be easy as old people don't change their beliefs easily...even if and when Baba is convinced i still feel DB is going to be the biggest stumbling block in AshNi relationship.

NiHaan track is going to be interesting ...have to see how they incorporate it and whether they will hurry thru it once KW wants to exit the show for his own...

AshNi relation in all this mess has to be shown getting stronger and mainly Ashu has to stay firm and not back down ...for that Armaan has to be there as support to counter Mallu's poisoning...

I also do not want the relation out to every one before Nidhi spends some working days in Kotnis...

But looks like this is a dream only as Nihan bomb is going to explode soon...

nw the story is on Mandira n Rohan,their impacts/aftereffects on Ashni.

don't want Ashni's relationship in limelight at once.it should come out gradually.Nidhi coming back to Kotnis is a trumpcard which cv's r underplaying.they r keeping it for the last.

Hey Shirley..Good post!!

Well, seeing the way DB was reacting to Mandy yesterday it looks downright impossible to win her over..if she has festered her hatred and let it simmer for so many years for Mandy, I doubt she'll see the light where Nidhi's concerned...only point in Nidhi's favor being Ashu's not been previously married or sired any children!! 😆...dunno if this will work, since her main objection is the age factor.

As far as NiHan is concerned...there could be two possibilities
1. Nidhi in her shock and bcos she loves Ashu downright refuses the rishta and lets the cat out of the bag as far as Ashu's concerned...that means all hell will break loose!
2. Rohan convinces Nidhi to buy time by agreeing to get engaged to him or at least give a verbal agreement for now...it would help him quiet his parents and DBs concern for his rishta..for which he's shown the utmost reluctance and it'll help Nidhi strategize how she's gonna convince everyone to accept Ashu, either thru Mandy or some other way..

I'm happy that Ashu is at least secure about their relationship as proved by his assured reply yesterday to DB.
One way is for Ashu to get her back to KGH...that would stabilize her career, win baba's respect to some extent and also help them to spend some time together professionally, strengthen their relationship..cos this would be needed when they face the inevitable storm.. If they can face it together, they will triumph. That said, I'm sure Mallu and now DB are gonna go all out to stop them from being together..so AshNi now have another adversary to battle..DB.

I really want Ashu to play a role in this...in convincing baba and DB that he's right for their daughter... he has to prove himself indispensible to her family..they have to come to trust him, and for that to happen he has to frequent her place and get to know her family intimately. DB and baba have to come to rely on him, know him to be a good person, well suited for Nidhi.
That again brings us back to Nidhi joining KGH. Once this happens, Ashu can be more confident abt visiting her at her place..(kinda like DDLJ), have heart-to-heart convos with baba and DB and win them over!!

Mandira made an entry..DB will be worried for Nidhi now..She will want Nidhi to settle down..Next Week..NiHan track will get momentum...AshNi will have testing times for their Love...Nidhi Needs to Join KGH now...Its like Their Love will come out in open..Mallu-Sue will be planning something Biggg...
