@tanu ..i agree DK characters had so much life ,depth...at some sub concscious level maybe i am comparing them to ahmer and zoya hence this outburst on the writers😆

The problem here seems to be that they can handle only one problem at a time.. when Nidhi was fired... it was only her JOB, then after the confession it became only LOVE, then the HOUSE thingy came up, then the MUs, then BABA"S ILLNESS and the HOUSE.. then suddenly HOUSE is gone KAPUT and Nidhi's J track came with Mallu.. and now its the AGE-DIFF and how they'll surmount it and conquer it..so every other issue goes on the back-burner! So convenient, na! Wish real life were that simple!

nothing is permanent but change... hasnt biology taught us.. that only the creature who is most adaptable to change will survive 😊

and by going to a disc .. u dun change... u learn to open up... meet new ppl... ofcourse u will hesitate the first time... but eventually u may or may not end up liking it... but here its about the gesture..!

nidhi is the central character ...KP should spend time and effort building her and ashu and their love story instead of wasting time and screen on the huge crowd surrounding them...

to dance ot not to dance is an individual choice ..age has nothing to do with it...i still go with my friends and we dance away to glory...and i have friends who would accompany us even if they would sit and watch...it is a gestue of care and affection actually going out of ur comfort zone for the one u love and doing something for them...

Sun, you are absolutely right. Why always they show Ashu not behaving as expected? Suddenly he is all caring, loving for 2 episodes and then again goes back to sulking mode... All the characters are oscilating like this.

Like you guys mentioned, Nidhi was to serious about job for 2 to 3 episodes and after that she is not at all bothered abou it. Some times I feel, though they talk about cooking, cleaning etc, most of the Star Plus Bahus show the consistency in their characterrization which is missing here.

Especially I watched CCBM of RS, where Ritesh Modi was the Creative head. And here again he is the creative head and I see lot of mistakes of CCBM repeating here.

Shali Hon..its not about trying Nidz trying to change him..its abt Ashu wanting to spend time with Nidhi and do stuff to please her! Its only natural that two ppl embarking on a relationship would feel this way.. I know I did and so did my hubby (even now cribs abt how many crappy Hindi movies he has had to sit thru bcos of me! 😆).. you can give each other space..but thats after the comfort zone has been reached and you've had your fill of each other (in all possible ways 😉).. then you can go and each do your thing and come back home to the other's arms!!

And they actually had baba mouthing these very same dialogues when Nidhi's mom gives up her studies to marry Nidhi's dad.. remember the FB?? ANd then they go and make their feisty heroine so frivolous..repeating the same mistakes without any reason for doing so 😕

Life is not linear... we would like it to be but, it often isn't

Individuals likewise don't have a evolution speed. A genius can be stupid and a stupid person can on occasion do brilliant things...

But, characters are not people - be it a book or a show - we expect characters to have logical linear evolution. As such, MBA's sitting around jobless bothers us. Dr. Nidhi's lack of career graph and Dr.A's inability to compromise and inspire Dr. N into returning to KGH bothers us...

More fascinating is what CVs think is Gen Gap:

Pasta v. Katal

Mozart v. Disco

old hindi song v. newer hindi song

fat tie v. thin tie

suit v. jeans
