I want to share something regarding KTLK

She might even call rohan in the hospital for some or the other reason just to creat misunderstandings between nidhi and ashu and try to convince ashu that rohan is more suited for nidhi as they are of same age group, she will try to creat situation which will compel ashu to think of the age gap between him and nidhi.

You can put it this way, Malika will change her job and become watchman who will keep watch on nidhi and ashu and creat misunderstanding's between them.

As in yesterdays precap it was quite clear that malika will do all possible thing to get ashu in her life😡. I feel that she will insist nidhi to join the kotnis general hospital and use this as an opportunity and creat situation in the hospital which will compel nidhi to think that ashu cares more for malika than her. Will actually try to make nidhi realise what importance she holds in ashu's life.
