synopsis -Epi 78

After a long time, Nidhi is seen in a happier mood as she is getting ready and wears the earrings which Ashutosh had returned to her. Aditya scolds Suhasini and tells her to not push Mallika but Suhasini disregards it. Col. is happy to see Nidhi in a brighter mood. Nidhi finalizes with Ashutosh on meeting in the evening. However, he is in a dilemma as Mallika has asked him to spend the evening with him. Ashutosh tells Nidhi that he is busy checking patients and will call her again. Anji is irritated with Rangnath's flirtatious behavior. Nidhi keeps waiting for Ashutosh's call. She calls him, Ashutosh confirms meeting again but doesn't know how. Ashutosh is with Mallika but restless as he wants to meet Nidhi but cant. Mallika feels little jealous as they talk about Nidhi. Nidhi reaches the hospital to surprise Ashutosh and calls from his cabin. Ashutosh doesn't know what to do next. He apologizes and tells Nidhi that he will not be able to come. Nidhi is dejected, she leaves a note saying 'I missed you' with a rose in his cabin and leaves. Ashutosh sees that note and feels sad. As he finds Mallika sleeping, he sneaks out of the hospital disappointed but is surprised and thrilled to see Nidhi waiting by the side of her car. She looks at him in anger. He looks at her…
