Mansukhani sharing only in profit not loss?

I have a question about Mansukhani's business partnership with Bhaba. I know that Mansukhani mentioned that he does not share in the loss of the company only profit as he had the partnership agreement written up in way that would absolve him from sharing in any losses. He also said that he knew that Bhaba basically signs things blindly for him so would not check that however I'm assuming no one else is aware of this clause so shouldn't Bhaba, Nidhi or her lawyer uncle expect him to share in this loss?

I apologize if this has been addressed already as I could not find anything about it when I did a search.

Yes ideally they should question. .but Baba is in no condition at the moment... Nidhi is more worried to ensure loan is repaid to reduce burden on her father so he breathes easy..

Lawyer uncle.. to i dunno what to say about that guy... no use of his law knowledge i guess..

i think once baba is fit... all this will strike him n nidhi n they will deffo question mansukhani.. i mean that has to happen.. or it will b a very big blooper...
