KTLK -- AshNi ka ishq aab hai sufiyana banana!

Finally after leaving us to drown in sorrow, despair and hopelessness ….cvs decided to have mercy and pulled us out with a masterstroke on Friday……absolutely, pleasantly shocking episode leaving all of us with a glimmer of hope that all is not lost…..and we should make another attempt to stop cvs from retracting but rather build on what they have started.

Ashutosh's self-realization and immersion of his past, hatred for nidhi and his promise to himself to live in his present and acceptance that his love for nidhi is much more than a hatred he carried for 5 years…..this was the best twist ,development in recent times in KTLK….

So from here where do we go….the house issue is not completely done with..infact it has reached an very important juncture….with ashutosh once again having to choose between the house and his love for nidhi….and we are hoping he stands by what he pledged…inspite of how distasteful a picture mallika will paint for him….faith is the keyword here

This is a love story of a man and a woman with substantial age gap; we were promised that ….3 months down the line we are trying to look in despair for that love story among the web of twists turns masala …..the makers need to realize that twists should be part of a love story not eclipse the love story completely

KTLK was never meant for the mass it was for the class….and the show was slowly and steadily gaining the much deserved success measured in trps…but then all have heard the story of the goose that laid the golden egg…they needed too much too soon …hence every week we endured knee jerk action, reaction and plots…the story was running, the audience too started running but at some point they got exhausted and stayed back but the creative did not feel the pulse of the audience instead kept in running faster and faster. And in the run lost most of the viewers as the audiences were unable to catch up on the plot or where it was headed ….it was the case of the headless chicken and the trps reflected that quite bluntly…

No love story starts on an impulse or progresses as such….you have to patiently take it forward….Ashu nidhi story have loads of potential ….even now they can be shown as rediscovering each other after this storm….putting together pieces of their relationship ,love ,faith and building a strong foundation…..walking towards each other with each other…..engulfing in passion, romance and desire for each other….a love story is made up of all these ingredients and seasoned with twists and turns….a kind request to focus on it ..focus on our leads….their story their emotions ….it is their story..give them their due ,their space

We are fortunate to have leads who can create chemistry even with a phone conversation and if these two share the screen together it would be magical…..You cannot narrate a love story via single frame….you cannot forever talk over phone…please move forward in their relationship….show their affection together even if those slight brush or hug or play of words together in one frame….

We have time and again made clear that we are not expecting anything that would render the actors or the audience or the makers uncomfortable…but expecting romance in a love story is not illogical nor is expecting two adults who are lovers to behave as lovers…..the hesitation should vanish slowly with confidence and desire taking over ….the desire to be with each other, the desire to touch each other, the desire to hold each other…..

And for the love story to progress, it is of utmost importance that

Nidhi rejoins Kotnis-she is a rank holder MBBS grad….please let her join the hospital other than the fact that it shows her professional growth..this is the best way of progressing ashu nidhi relationship both sharing mutual respect for each other in their profession. Ashutosh getting to know more about the girl he loves and vice versa….them discovering each other….and ashutosh being nidhi's mentor as well. There is scope now for her to work due to financial issues…please use this opportunity to show her take over the responsibility of a doctor and not let her medical degree go waste

Get Ashutosh to stand by nidhi in these difficult time..as per the current scenario baba may get a brain stroke…let ashutosh be the hero for once and do his duty as the neurosurgeon that he is…let him be there to take care of baba post operation ,.help him, support her family…..only this can render true the title of the show Kuch Toh Log Kahenge starting with her family……and then followed by the society …..

Ranga and Anjie are another pair we would soo much like to see on our screen. Their love story is a contrast to ashu nidhi love story…hence it would be interesting to see their relationship progressing too…can we please have them on our screen instead of other inane characters….

There are soo many sub plots that can be developed in 45 mins without going the illogical senseless twist way….that gives the viewers a migraine attack literally

Give us a love story wrapped in passion, romance, desire, faith, respect and selflessness and we shall give you the numbers you yearn for….fair deal.

Sorry for the long post😆...my cup of tragedy and hopelessness was overflowing due to this show and hence another attempt to show the writers the right path they can take 😆..oh boy another jogen😆

Sunmeera...bravo...you nailed it...I have nothing to add...you covered every point...the only thing I'll add it...they really need to focus on Ashu...and his romantic side...I want to see how he'll express his love in words, actions, gestures...Nidhi has shown that side already...she speaks sweetly to him, she worries and cares about him, she gifts him...she's really all for him...now time for Ashu to buck up and pull up his socks...and get on with it...

I really hope to see some affection between these two...wanna see them as love birds...holding hands, hugging...and I really hope Nidhi expresses her pain to Ashu and cries to him...no need to put on a brave face now...she's been through hell...and I'd like to see him comfort her...hold her, cradle her in his arms...and show that he really did change...he's become selfless...he's all for her.

Sun.. well said and all the points well covered.. we just wanna see now the love in this love story and the romance growing between the two leads and they in ONE FRAME... hopefully the CV guys are listening to us and to get the TRP they deffo need to show romance and love between the leads:) and yes Nidhi back in KGH!!!!

Excellent SunMeera! 👏.. Amen to everything you said! You've gathered the pulse of the audience so well.. everyone wants to see the love story which is unfortunately lost in the middle of the plethora of unwanted and inane twists being introduced for TRPs..

Lovely post sun and you have pretty much summed it up.

From my perspective all i want to see is some logic in this show between the lead couple. They shud occupy max screenspace and shud be seen in single frames and at no cost shud a body double be used for ashu and nidhi. They are the leads and they shud take part in all their scenes and not a bd.

Nidhi rejoining kotnis is the most sensible next track to be started by cvs and develop both personal and profesdional angle of ashni. Its time the show concentrates on them and reduces rohan aditya sue characters
