Same concept...oh really

Pls pppl, where are these posts coming from ??????? How can Bade Ache...and KTLK be called same concepts ?? Nidhi is a young intern and in her early twnties and DR A is 42 and almost 20 yrs age gap...and in BALH, there is no such thing ---Yes Ram is in his 40s but Priya , his wife is not this young, fresh out of collge girl, Sakshi Tanwar portrays a mature woman in her mid-thirties...and so we see the age gap b/n Priya nad Ram must be max 7-8 years not 2 decades as is the case in Ashu-Nidhi...and KTLK is a love story first and then may be marriage but BALH, they are alrady married--its a mature love story after marriage with two adults...infact KTLK has a third angle involved but BALH so no such thing...they both are very diff and unique, I watch both these shows and can this confidently...why are the news guys so confused ????????
