Feel like the forced humor is coming back

The forced humor seems to be coming back in the show. There's the driver track, the bua and father track of humor, and then Nidhi is starting to behave a little pathetically (which is supposed to be cute somehow) and now...Ashutosh's character is trying to make awkward jokes with Malika.

On the other hand, the dignified Malika character is getting more and more pathetic by the day. What are the CVs doing? Why do they think all this humor is needed in this show? This is not the right subject matter for humor.

I saw Dhoop for this show and that show was great. There was nothing forced in that show. The only humor in that story was Dr. Rangnath, who is already doing his bit. Just because the time slot is longer, they can't get a little creative and make things happen? Does it have to have forced humor tracks by every character? It is messing up the integrity of the serious characters now.

I like this show a lot because of the mature subject matter (age-gap romance) and am the last one to criticize it. But all this forced humor is messing up that seriousness for me.

If they had not mentioned its an adaption of DK maybe many might have loved this show as its like a breath of fresh air and i am loving this show to the core and everyone is doing justice in their character.

PH it cant be helped as you never know DK might put charges on them for adapting their show on a later stage so they have to mention at the start of every episode that it an adaption of DK and indian soaps run for longer period so it can't be a carpon copy of DK.

A lil bit of humor (barring the cook-instructor types) is welcome...! I dunno from where u see Ashu cracking FORCED jokes with Mallu.. can u cite a scene????? May be u n i are not watching the SAME show!! :S

@DK... i have agreed in all other posts that the show doesnt live up to the standards of DK n so i have started treating KTLK as just KTLK ...n watch it for MB n AshNi...!! Of what i have seen yet.. its going good..!!

@Mallika... what do we expect her to do.. stand aside and cheer AshNi??? Give up without a fight that ONE PERSON whom she has desired with passion n fervor..!! Why is it SO DIFFICULT to accept Mallus reaction to Nidhi????? :S

i think...ktlk...z payng d price for being inspird by DK...its not fair to cmpare 2...as ktlk...has even chngd d chrctrs...wat z d similarity b/w nidhi n zoya..zoya was mature n chirpy..not like nidhi who z bubbly..full of life impulsive childwoman..who z still growng upp...

zoya handled sheena from d day 1...but nidhi seems so helples in front of mallik..all c knws now z c has to meet ashu...

i agree with u but to some extent
and yes i really found the humour part boring
the only humour part which i enjoy is ranganath's part and also anji-nidhi rocks
and the driver track is not so humorous but enjoyable
and i agree with tanu di that pure romance can not lead a show
different emotions are needed
we need a mixture bole to khichdi
and ya mallika's character is turning pathetic but it was required due to her vampy role
and i guess her vamp tricks are quite nice
wish for more great ones soon
