Nidhi starts to walk out of Ashutosh's cabin he says "Dr. Nidhi " she turns around he extends his hand and says "All the best"...they shake hands somewhat hesitatingly...Nidhi walks out stares back at the door and at her hand... Ashutosh looks at his hand pensively..as Nidhi walks out of the hospital she turns back and sees he is looking at her from the window of his cabin...promo ends😳
